"We had a very good stay, communication with the hotel and front desk staff was smooth and helpful throughout. The apartment setup was ideal as it offered the space and flexibility of an Airbnb combined with the convenience of hotel service and a catered breakfast. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The pool was a nice option for quiet moments when we did not want to go out. Having a full kitchen made travelling with young children much easier, and the washer and dryer were very useful, although the dryer needed a quick clean before use. The main downside is the location. It is a bit out of town and although Google suggests a 16 minute walk to the nearest station, it was closer to 20 to 25 minutes with two children under five. For airport travel a taxi was definitely the practical choice. The pool is also not heated so it can feel cold at first, although the kids didn't mind. Small points that did not take away from an overall great stay. The space, service and family friendly setup made it a great choice for our trip."

"The kids' activities were absolutely incredible for children. There was a lot going on and staff around. It wasn't a dedicated kids' club in the sense that they repurposed their conference hall facilities, but nevertheless they added a great dimension to our stay. I would really highly recommend it, and things like the bikes too are a great addition. The staff are all really good with kids and breakfast as well, and everywhere, so I would say, , incredible stay as parents!"

"A lovely hotel to stay in, just opposite the historic Kastellet, and ten minutes stroll to the waterfront or a metro station. The breakfast was very good and we loved being able to sit outside in the garden courtyard. No aircon in the room, which won't be an issue for the large majority of the year, but something to be mindful of, if it happens to be very hot when you are visiting - it was 27' while we were there and it felt fine at night."

"The hotel although very old was very nice. Staff jumped to help with luggage and to get anything we needed. Our room had the shower in a tub which was difficult to get I. And out of but if requested they do have rooms with a walk in shower."

"My family (2 adults, 2 teens) stayed at this property for 5 nights. The location is amazing! Very walkable to multiple tourist attractions, and close to two Metro stops. The apartment itself is shabby-chic and lived-in, with a comfortable feeling. The ceilings are surprisingly high with windows going all the way up, which lets in a lot of natural light and allows for cross-breezes to keep things cool in the summer. It is lightly furnished and has kitchen basics for cooking if you want to eat in. There are two grocery stores within a few minutes to get all the essentials, and a half-size fridge that holds a decent amount of bottles/cans. The beds are comfortable and the linens and towels are high quality. The water pressure in the shower is good with hand-held sprayer and rain shower options (the shower curtain needs replacing though). The coffee maker is handy if you don't want to pay 10 USD for your morning latte at the local cafes - it is delicious but like everything in this city, quite expensive. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and feel that we lucked out with this place!"

"Great central location - easy to walk to all the tourist and central areas of Copenhagen. 5 mins from a Fotex (grocery store). Near restaurants as well (10 mins or further). Property was clean and very big and spacious . 2 very large and comfortable bedrooms with seating within the room and one smaller bedroom with just a bed). 1 full bath with standing shower (but quite narrow and small and shower curtain could do with some washing) but otherwise clean with plenty of body wash. NO SHAMPOO. 1 half bath with just toilet and sink but very large! Drying racks are midly warm only. Communication with host was bad when I first booked - messaged on Expedia numerous times re early check in with zero reply. But once I got their email (through Expedia) and emailed them response was faster. Overall great place for large families, property was nice and warm, large dining room for the group which was great! FYI - there is an elevator to the unit on the first floor but the elevator itself is down a flight of stairs from the entrance - so if you’re in a wheelchair and physically cannot get down when a few steps of stairs this won’t be for you ! But otherwise if you can go down a few steps (ie with stroller or luggage), u can get to elevator then go to the flat!"
