"I recently stayed at Komagane Kogen Resort Linx, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making check-in quick and seamless. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The view from the window was stunning, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. The highlight of my stay was definitely the hot spring. The onsen was well-maintained, with crystal-clear, soothing water at the perfect temperature. The serene setting made it the ideal place to unwind after a long day. There were both indoor and outdoor options, allowing me to enjoy the peaceful surroundings while soaking in the warm, mineral-rich water. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious, offering a variety of fresh and well-prepared dishes. The overall service was top-notch, and every staff member I encountered was polite and eager to help. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with comfortable accommodations and an amazing hot spring experience, I highly recommend Komagane Kogen Resort Linx. "I've used this hotel many times for more than one week at a time, but they never greet me such as "Welcome back!" or "Thank you for using the hotel always." They are always too business like. I hope they are a bit more friendly. The hotel is very comfortable to stay though!"

"Perhaps be more flexible on check in time. It was drizzling n cold. We arrived at 14.10 but were not able to chk in as the staff said the room was not ready. Otherwise everything was perfect n highly recommend"
