"We had a good stay overall, with a few things worth noting. The staff were excellent. Petros handled a leak in our room brilliantly and upgraded us to a suite while it was fixed. The bar staff were also very attentive and friendly. The main downside was the spa setup. For a hotel marketed as a 5* hotel and spa, it was disappointing that all facilities come at an extra cost. The sauna and jacuzzi require a private booking (30 minutes, €25–30 per person). The jacuzzi was also only lukewarm and only seemed to heat up towards the end, which goes very quickly. It was also a shame the indoor spa pool was closed. I understand this is no longer advertised, but it would have made a big difference, especially in bad weather. That said, the massages were excellent and worth the €50–60 per person. The hotel is a mix of old and new. The older side shows wear, with stains on couches and cushions, but the beds were comfortable and housekeeping was great. The suite was lovely. I would recommend paying extra for newer rooms in the spa building. Breakfast had nice touches like local honey, also given as a check-out gift, but vegetarian options were limited. Indoor seating can be tight in colder months. Overall, great service but not quite a 5* spa experience."

"Really friendly staff thank you for everyone making the stay memorable the area is touristy lots of restaurants walking distance but so many beautiful places to see you can tak bus to chania or rent a car to experience some beautiful places on the island "

"The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location it offers a nice view and is just a few minutes from the beach. However, the rooms are outdated and fall far short of a 5-star standard. The restaurant is chaotic, with a lack of seating, dirty tables, and repetitive food that is often cold by the time you get to the table. The Albanian bar staff, particularly the manager at the pool bar, are extremely rude and clearly inexperienced. Drinks are charged for after 11 PM ( even for all inclusive guests) Overall, I would not stay at this hotel again. Don’t be fooled by the pictures or pricing it does not match the advertised quality. This hotel is a 3 star hotel not 5 for sure. "

"The food was extraordinary! A lot of variety, every day there were different themes, the flavor is incredible and many options for all tastes. Mainly at dinner. My congratulations to the chef! He always looked very aware of everything. The breakfast is varied. The snacks on different days there are options of gyro, pizzas and bbq that were incredibly delicious. There are different drink options and the service in Marina and bridge bar is very good. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. I loved the hotel"
