It’s the perfect place to stay right in the heart of Old Town, surrounded by charming shops and incredible food. Our room was spotless and beautifully designed, featuring a cozy bathtub and a lovely private outdoor area with a hot tub, such a relaxing touch. What truly made our experience unforgettable though, were the two concierges, Maria and Vaggelis. They were the most accommodating, kind, and genuinely sincere hotel staff I have ever encountered. Every time my husband and I came downstairs, one of them would greet us with a warm smile and friendly conversation. They recommended the best restaurants in town and made us feel instantly at home. We were only in Chania for three days, but I would have gladly stayed longer just because of them. Thank you, Maria and Vaggelis, for making our honeymoon as magical as it was. We can’t wait to return one day! "
