"The Narita Tobu Hotel was a very pleasant surprise! The rooms are spacious, the shower fantastic, the dinner delicious and just downstairs from the room, the included breakfast excellent, the staff friendly and helpful, and the shuttle bus service organized and efficient! They even have an onsite Gift Shop, Pharmacy, and a 24 hour Family Mart. I believe there is a guest laundry available, as well… They’ve thought of every convenience a weary traveler might require! We’ll definitely be back the next time we visit Japan!"

Free breakfast was substantial. The foyer shop provided a good range of daytime meals. Comfortable waiting area. Staff were very attentive, engaging, delightful and helpful. A real human touch. Overall great value for money. We would definitely stay there again."
