The ambience of Hawaii really does a lot for this hotel. The property is old and starting to fall apart. Hilton Waikoloa Village
Palace room was nice and spacious. We got a room at the end of the hallway which gave us two balconies. The resort itself is amazing! Everything was convenient, relaxing, and fun! Hilton Grand Vacations Club Kings’ Land Waikoloa
The building was in good condition, along with the property. It was clean. The staff was a bit pushy with costs. Overall good. Did not like $35 a day parking fee - that's complete BS on top of the daily rate. There is not much around beside the resort and beaches.
