Cons: Room not as clean as I would have liked when we arrived. Food is good but not excellent. Water from the shower overflows to the bedroom

This hotel was my first experience of a spa hotel. The spa amenities are lovely and the hotel staff are all very polite and helpful. The hotel does a great job of organising experiences such as tasting tours and day trips to beaches. I strongly recommend that you book those through the hotel because it’s just so easy and convenient. It’s well-situated: the hotel is close to the bus stop that takes you straight into Chania Old Town. There’s a restaurant nearby called Lotto’s that offers incredible Greek food. One of my favourite hotels so far!
