However the down side was firstly the hotel was very difficult to find and you should make guests aware before booking that the restaurant is not onsite but in a sister hotel quite a walk away involving a steep hill up and then down. All staff there was exceptional!! also the spa staff; that service is incredibly well done. The property is beautiful and the room we booked was fantastic. I loved this place. We were offered excellent recommendations on hikes, dinner options (Sinasos Wine House), and they made our hot air balloon ride reservations for us with a great company (we normally don’t do those kind of activities, but it was incredible!). We felt like family friends by the time we left. Do not hesitate to stay here if you would like an authentic cave hotel...

"We stayed at Gemosa Cappadocia Hotel in the Superior Mountain View room, and the experience was simply unforgettable. The view is absolutely breathtaking—you could easily spend your entire trip just soaking it in from the hotel and leave Cappadocia feeling refreshed. The room itself was beautiful, complete with a Jacuzzi inside, which was a unique touch. The family running the hotel are some of the warmest and most welcoming hosts we’ve ever met—they truly make you feel at home. Breakfast here...
