"Location was very good for walking access to Old Town Warsaw. Many shopping and restaurants choices. It is situated beside the Presidential residence so there are many Government activities occurring. Stayed during Polish Flag Day weekend. Parade passed right by the hotel. There is a military, Changing of the Guard procession that goes from President's house to the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, multiple times per day that is interesting to watch. The hotel has a complimentary sampling of Polish liquors and hors d'oeuvres every evening for approximately 20 minutes. Nice touch. The hotel staff was exceptional! Decorations include many fresh flower arrangements."

"Cold drinks late at night were not possible. A lot of hotels provide ice machines for the guests. A small refrigerator for this is also something a lot of properties install in their guest rooms.A laundry room would also be a good addition. I had to search around the city for a laundromat and it took a much longer time to travel there, do my laundry and then back to the hotel. A traveler’s time is valuable because of the cost of the trip and I do not like wasting time searching for and then traveling to/from a laundromat. It is bad enough that I have to use time to actually do the laundry. Another option would be a reasonably priced ‘fluff and fold” service at the hotel."

"The first approach you have when you check-in is the mix front desk and bar together! Rooms are standard, IKEA furniture, the best is the Led TV, and the shower! People in a reception are professional, specially the lead staff guy speaking french! Continental breakfast is good, but should change some food on daily basis for long stay people"

"A short but very enjoyable stay. The hotel is centrally located, close to the metro and the city center. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There were a lot of people at breakfast, but we still managed to eat comfortably – we didn't wait too long for our food, and the buffet was always replenished. We highly recommend it."
