"Yes woman at the front desk was fantastic"

"The property is way different from the photos on line. Room very small. Shower didn't have pressure. Shower wasn't clean at all. It was ok for the price but I will not be staying there anytime soon"

"The bed was hard as a rock, so uncomfortable, my husband and I both slept horrible both nights. The entire 2nd floor smelled like weed the entire stay. When we arrived the hall Trash was pilled up in the corner, overflowing on the floor, figured it was just full and would be fixed next day by housekeeping. Nope, it literally stayed like that for the entire stay until this morning it was finally taken out. "

"It started off strong and went downhill.. the lady at the front desk was nice and changed our room for us because the room we had was very stinky. That went well. The breakfast was ok. The guy at the breakfast bar was very nice. We left for the day and when we came back they had been in our room, added paper and had taken the trash. They also took some of our towels (1 of 2). They never brought any back. When we asked at the front desk for some that evening the woman said they didn’t have any. I was very surprised. How does a big hotel chain run out of towels??? Check out was uneventful. The lady checking us out was nice. So if you are just laying your head down and not staying for any time I might go again… but not likely. "
