Hotel is beautiful restaurant on Property, which is a plus I did not eat there, but I did look at the food while passing I had a regular room there, but lizards were in the room freaked me out so the staff overnight move me to a different room, which was beautiful. Staff was very nice everyone.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing pool

We really enjoyed our stay in Jimbaran. The staff was super friendly and the location was perfect for us, as we arrived quite late at night and the drive to the hotel was only about 10 minutes.

Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpfull. Jimbaran beach accoss the road, reasonably priced seafood restaurants on the beach. Hotel food and coffee are expensive. Happy hour cocktails are good value.

This hotel was lovely. Cute pool area with swim up bar. Nice rooms open rooms. Great service and friendly staff. The spa was simple and relaxing. Good food with lots of options at the restaurant. Wonderful sunset views on the roof. Transportation options.

We stayed for 2 nights as my sons graduation was being held here. Our room was excellent and very quite considering we were above and opposite the swim up bar and pool area. The outside bath was awesome. The room was nice and big shower had great pressure and the bed was really comfortable. So many young staff here who were incredible they really looked after you and helped at every occassion. The buffet breakfast was more than adequate and a good selection. The hotel is also really close to the airport and great views from the lounge on the roof.

This is average 3 star hotel. All staffs are amazing and breakfast was good. Location is good and just opposite beach. However corridors are smelling and rooms are small. No hand towels were provided in room and ants were visible in coffee pantry.

The first room i got looked out to a yellow wall. Not ideal. I was ready to move hotels but the staff went over and beyond and put me in a great room. By far the staff made my stay very enjoyable.

the rooms were cleaned at different times all throughout my stay,one or two days they were cleaned early and other days thewy were cleaned very late in the afternoon. i was trying to have a lay down and sleep around 230pm and the cleaners woke me up ands wanted top clean the room.
