Excellent vacation

Thank you Ayana. It was really excellent family vacation. We used various pools including liver pool, main pool, rimba pool and ocean pool. The restaurant Honsen was great and Rock bar was so romantic. All staffs of Ayana are extremely kind and helpful. Also there is a Korean staff(Erin) in reception. Thanks to her, we could easily get informations about Ayana.

This was the most incredible hotel resort I’ve ever stayed in the world. Room was spotless and fully furnished amazing Thai decorations. The service from all the staff was impeccable. Do yourself a favour and book this place you won’t regret it.

A wonderful stay. So much to do and so little time. Loved how many pools and restaurant options there were. Loved the Christmas decorations and how beautiful the grounds and facilities were. It was very relaxing holiday and the staff were all super lovely and very accomodating. I will definitely be back for a longer stay next time.

If there were six stars to tick I’d give it that!

We had a pool access room and it was amazing! The staff at the whole resort are just the most friendly people who can’t do enough for you. All of the resort pools and restaurants are stunning - especially Ocean Pool and Sami Sami Restaurant. The resort app is so easy to use for restaurant bookings and tracking trams.

Amazing hotel

Amazing hotel. This is our third time to the Ayana group. Twice Rimba, once Ayana. It’s a beautiful hotel with incredible facilities. 24 restaurants / bars and 14 pools across Ayana. The staff are fantastic, so attentive and everyone greets you when they walk past you. Loved the tea house at Rimba, so pretty. Also liked that there was an adult pool. We received beautiful cakes with a note saying thank you for returning to Rimba which was such a lovely touch. We even got an upgrade on our room which we are so appreciative. Our only disappointment was where we were sat at the Rock bar as we weren’t near the water and were on one of the back tables. However I’ve still given 5 stars for the actual hotel. Our only regret is not staying longer.

Everything about the party was big and beautiful. We stayed here during our last two days in Bali to just relax and didn’t leave the resort because it’s so big and has everything we need from beautiful beaches to dining and beautiful pools. The biggest negative was the smoke that they burn biweekly in order to control the bugs. Staying in the Rimba was close to the forest so you can smell it and it’s actually not healthy especially for elders and young children. It was just me and my partner so we survived the two days but our clothes stank of smoke even after washing. I wouldn’t stay at the Rimba again but maybe the other properties have less of the smoke problem if it’s closer to the ocean?? Rimba was unfortunately situated out where the burning occurs so it completely ruined it for us. Everything else about the property was grand and beautiful.

Nice hotel badly design room

The hotel was good and nicely decorated However the room was poorly design Negative points Bathroom has little no counter space to put anything. The huge bath tub which can’t be used as shower because water splashed everywhere. The entire bathroom has 1 hook for towel and above the toilet. After shower can’t reach the towel. The hug bedroom doesn’t have a mirror to use at all large king bed but was connected by two full. I has a big divider in the middle. Couple cannot sleep together. We had to sleep on only Q side (1/2 of the king bed

The beds were very comfortable, housekeeping staff was excellent. The food options were varied and the portion sizes and the quality of the meals was excellent. The staff at each of the restaurants were friendly, attentive, and patient. The meals were some of the best I’ve had in terms of taste and value.
