This is a excellent property if you want to explore bali properly. The hotel’s location is excellent and also the restaurant la and pools are great. The Duty manger is great. We travelled as a group of 16 people and booked 5 rooms and the hotel staff was excellent in all aspects and the rooms were better than what we expected. It’s highly recommended.

Most comfortable bed I had during my stay. Really beautiful comfy big room. My favourite hotel I stayed in Bali. It was nice to have a room with no ants & lizards coming in. Beautiful pool and big lounge area.

Staff is excellent and location is super close to airport as they have free airport transport. Unfortunately, hotel looks old and rooms are very old…decor, furniture, bathroom needs to be updated. I stayed here for one night to be near the airport. I wouldn’t recommend for long term stay unfortunately. One night stay is ok.

This was the best hotel I've stayed in in Bali. Beautiful property and the staff were the nicest people ever, when I didn't make it to breakfast because I was sick they called me and then brought food to my room and made sure I was okay.

The watermark was a very nice hotel. It’s centrally located and close to the airport. The staff was great, very friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was very reasonable with a huge variety.

We enjoyed our stay at the Watermark, while I had mobility issues so found walking within the immediate vicinity difficult and therefore didn't explore well, we enjoyed the use of the shuttle service both for tea and to shops.

We chose Watermark Hotel & Spa Jimbaran as we were looking for a place near the airport and we enjoyed our stay there. The location was really good, easy to get around, Babi Karya Rebo is literally across the road from the hotel and they also offered free shuttle to the beach and Discovery Mall. On the second night of our stay, the AC in our room stopped working, but the staff and management were amazing, they fixed it straight away. The 4/5 stars is only because we think the hotel is a bit dated, but overall good value! Thank you for having us again :)

My partner and I spent a night here after a long day of travel. Exceeded every expectation! From the service during our late check in, to all the beautiful and clean facilities. Buffet breakfast and rooftop pool were amazing! Will definitely be coming back!

Very clean, open, easy to be at. Huge rooms, comfortable beds, tubs on our rooms, fluffy towels. Rented 4 rooms, 2 air cons werent working properly, but they fixed immediately. My sink, tv, a/c, and fridge all had to be fixed, but they did it quickly and we were fine.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel with our family of four! Our room was spacious, with two double beds, a large couch, and a table perfect for enjoying meals. The room was also equipped with a coffee machine and water dispenser. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, and we appreciated the alternative Japanese set meal option. The hotel's free shuttle to Discovery Mall was a bonus, and we loved using the complimentary bikes to explore. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The two pools were a highlight for our family, and we appreciated the free water toys available for use. We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities, friendly service, and great value.

Disappointing stays in Jimbaran

I saw cockrocchs crawling on the wall and in the closet, 3 times in total. I know it should be taken for granted considering the rainy season. Even so, i feel like i didnt get my moneys worth. Despite these unexpected encounters, the breakfast was well served in an all you can eat way and they have pools on the ground and in the rooftops. And the staff was friendly.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, a genuine warm welcome and service ethos. Location is excellent, close to the airport, Jimbaran beach close by which is a lot quieter and less rowdy than other beaches. Kuta a cheap taxi ride away, the hotel also provide a day time shuttle, for shopping and nightlife. The location is a great compromise between being quiet but not too far from things. Hotel eating options are very good, but there is a fantastic babi guling (Balinese suckling pig) place just over the road. Several mini marts nearby for shopping. The family suite rooms are great, big with two double beds and a small kitchen type area with a sink, fridge and microwave as well as a very big shower/bath/toilet area. Would recommend highly, 5*.

This hotel does not look anything like in the pictures, it’s a very outdated property, it was probably nice a couple decades ago. The staff was amazing and extremely friendly, but the room was the noisiest hotel room I’ve ever slept in, it literally felt I was sleeping on the roadside. Plus whenever the guest from the other rooms would flush the toilet, shower, watch tv or anything like that, it would feel like it was in my room. I hate to leave bad reviews but unfortunately I had no choice with this one. I highly DO NOT recommend staying there if you like to have a peaceful night of sleep.
