"The waterpark offered a wonderful experience for my family. However, the room was less than I expected. The floors were linoleum and were sticky in the bathroom. It was obvious that it had not been thoroughly cleaned as food crumbs lined the base of the headboard, corners of the room revealed additional crumbs, dirt, and even cobwebs. Also, the microwave didn't work which proved inconvenient. Staff did offer to "swap it out" so that we could use it prior to departure. However, we were unable to stay due to time constraints. The view was spectacular! Linens were all fresh and clean. "

"My daughter is in a wheelchair and it’s hard finding places that are wheelchair accessible and this place is definitely wheelchair accessible. They have a roll in shower and plenty of room for my daughter to move around in."
