Location, Beach and mountains behind are surreal. Rooms in general are good even the ones without sea or pool view. Food is good but could be better, I think less options and better quality is better. Family rooms with sofa is much bigger than double or twin rooms. If a cool room is important to you make sure the AC is cool enough before accepting the room. This is a family with children resort so expect a bit of noise. I like late checkout because they let you extend and pay per hour- win win. Check the Wi-Fi signal in your room before accepting the room. Some room have poor Wi-Fi signal.

The variety of activities for children is very good. There was a large choice of food but there was more focus on presentation and quantity rather than the quality of the food. The pools were clean and it is a very comfortable hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful.

At first this deluxe didn't be deluxe( Room was big but air-condition didn't work, was two small beds (hotel promised 1 very big and 1 small beds), very noisy if you have noisy neigbourhoods (you can hear all music, TV etc from their number), territory was big but didn't cozy. Only grass) Good thing - aquapark, it really can give this hotel + 1*

Location is nice but service needs improvements
In general holel location and pools are very good. But, SegAways that are rented by hotel are disturbing. SegAway riders use pedestrian road in the middle of the gardens which must be just for walkers. Food especially with meat are limited in the restaurant, need to be hurry !

If you find another hotel around, go there...
Me and my wife planned to make a 3-days vacation and start searching. Kemer, Göynük, Olimpos, Çıralı... this area has very good nature and a beautiful sea, we know that. At least we decided to book this hotel, it seemed that price/quality balance is good. But unfortunately it is not. First, beach and sea is not bad but it is rocky. But both are clean. Pools are clean as well. Rooms are comfortable. If you have a chance, book first floor. Some of them has access to pools. Meals are very tasteless. There is not enough variety. You can find same thing in every meal even in breakfast! If you can find someone when you are eating, there is a possibility that you can have it at the end of your meal. Otherwise no chance, nobody asks nothing. Animations are very amateur. The worst thing about hotel is their price policy. I decided to extend my vacation when I arrived hotel. I checked Expedia and I saw that there is %40 sale for the hotel. And it contains the day that I already book with higher price. It is normal but when I spoke to an administrator of hotel to make a special price for my extended days, they gave me higher price than internet sites! He said I will arrange you Alacart restaurant for free but I already booked it for free! First day I couldn't reach him. If I cancel my booking via internet and redo it again, it would be work. But instead I listened the guy in the reception and wait.I paid much more.There is lots of better and professional hotels around you can choose

Good Hotel Let Down By Sporadic Service
Went in october half term, 2 adults & 2 children. Hotel is exactly as the website pictures - very nice looking, good facilities, water slides are certainly above average for a hotel. What let the hotel down was : * The hotel didnt seem to have enough staff. This meant that many of the facilities were only partially open. For example, normally only about half the slides would be running, there would be a queue for drinks at the bar, and many of the staff seemed permanently hassled. It was a quiet period with lower occupancy, so they clearly cut staff numbers, but perhaps cut them a little too much for the volume of guests. * The food was almost exactly the same every day. The food itself in the main restaurant was fine, but by the end of the week it was good to leave. As a result of the low staff numbers, the other restaurants onsite that offered different types of food were mostly closed. All in all, it was a good week, but I wouldnt go to this hotel again.

Amazing Resort in Kemer, Antalya
Spent 10 days at Sherwwod Club Kemer and it was an amazing experience. the scenery is beautiful with mountains behind you and the sea in front of you while your relaxing in a wooded it is simply amazing. Staff was kind and helpful, food and drinks quality was good, resort was clean. its well designed, not huge which is a plus, everything is within 4-5 min walking distance. the pools are incredible specially the ones surrounded by the rooms they are quite and perfect for sunbathing or reading and relaxing. i would definitely recommend Sherwood Club Kemer.

Beautiful location
Nice hotel and property. The all inclusive buffets served a wide variety of cuisine. Mostly good quality and delicious food. The water park is very nice. There are lots of swimming pools. Cons, No internet in the rooms, despite their claim. In public areas, there is internet at a very low speed. Dont expect to use anything more than email. Water park only runs 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening. The water park opened 10 minutes late and closed 10 minutes early every day shortening the available time. They were late picking up our luggage after repeated calls and prior arrangement and nearly caused us to miss our flight. The telephone in the room didnt work and wasnt repaired in our 5 days there. Not ultra all inclusive because you have to pay for bikes, water sports, and a la carte restaurants.

Rigtig value for money
Inden ankomst til hotellet forsøgte vi, at kommunikere med dem via mail eller per telefon. Glem det. Der var ingen kommunikation. Vi var på stedet for 3 år siden, så vi kan nemt sammenligne. Servicen er 100% i top, den daglige rengøringen kunne være bedre, men efter det blev påpeget, blev alt rettet op. Det samme gælder for minibaropfølgningen. Personalet er en sag for sig selv. Altid meget smilende, hjælpsom og der for dig, som gæst. Dette sagt, så er personalet, sammenlignet med ½for 3 år siden blevet MEGET dårligere til engelsk. Der var rigtigt mange gange, hvor man simpelt hen gav op, men at spørge eller forklare. Personalets sprogfærdigheder, bør opstrammes, hvis man gerne vil have europæiske gæster, med mindre man kan tyrkisk eller russisk. Ser man på maden, er der sket et kæmpe tilbageskridt. Tidligere var der temaaftener og i 10 dage i træk, skulle man være uheldig, hvis man blev "severet" det samme. Det var ikke tilfældet denne gang. Det var stort set de samme retter - i forskellige udførsler - man fik denne gang. Personligt savnede vi det store fiskebord. Der er masser af aktivitet for hele familien og fin underholdning hver aften. Keder man sig, er det ens egen skyld. Når alt er sagt og gjort op imod hinanden, er stedet klart langt over middel og kan VARMT ANBEFALES, hvis man vil have en ferie, hvor man bare kan slappe af og blive forkælet. Det er ikke sidste gang vi kommer der :-)

Konaklamamızda aile odası kiraladık. Odamız çift katlıydı. Çocuklarımız aile odası olmasına rağmen altta bulunan 3lü koltuktan yapılan yatakta yatmak zorunda kaldı. Üstelik odanın geneli gibi koltuklar da oldukça kirliydi. Bizi bu tatilde en rahatsız eden şey odamızda, ortak tuvaletlerde ve hatta asansörlerde bile karşımıza çıkan temizlik sorunu oldu. Anladığımız kadarıyla yaşanan sıkıntı personel azlığıydı ancak pandemi döneminde en özendikleri konu temizlik olmalıydı.

POZİTİF: - Otel personeli harika. Restoran, bar, animasyon hepsi çok harikalar. Gerçekten de sizin iyi tatil geçirmeniz için her türlü çabayı gösteriyorlar. Özellikle Bar'dan Erhan, Olcay, Seyfullah. Animasyon'dan Faruk, Caner, Ömer, Tuba ve daha ismini sayamayacağım diğer tüm arkadaşlarımıza çok teşekkür ediyorum. - Otelin konumu ve dizaynı çok güzel. Havuzları ve erişilebilirlik bakımından çok iyi. - Otelin içecek kısmı inanılmaz iyi. Yıllardır kemer bölgesinde pek çok otelde konakladım ve hiç birinde Sherwood kalitesinde içecek görmedim. - Sneak bar kısmı harika, Gilbert bar inanılmaz. 24 saat yiyecek içecek erişimi de ayrıca zevkli bir durum. Her türlü yeme içmeye erişim mevcut. - Aqua park kısmı çok güzel. Orda ayrı restoran ve içecek barlarının olması harika. - Havuzlu odalarda konakladık. Odamızın hemen balkonundan havuza girebiliyorduk. Orda ayrıca bar olması ve garson arkadaşların orda da içeceğimizi getirmesi ayrı bir olaydı. NEGATİF: Negatif kısma geleceksek eğer, biz otele eğlenmeye, güzel vakit geçirmeye gidiyoruz. Bu konuda en önemli olgulardan bazıları yemek, animasyon ve erişilebilirlik. Özellikle yemek ve animasyon Yemekler Çok kötü. Özellikle ana restoran'da hiç yemek yemek istemiyordum. Animasyon berbattı. Animatör arkadaşlar bireysel olarak çok yetenekli ama yönlendirme ve eğlence konusunda inanılmaz eksikler vardı. Yemek ve animasyon eksikliği bizi biraz sıktı açıkçası. Sonuç olarak çok sıkıcı bir tatildi. Saygılarla.

Otel konum olarak çok iyi bir yerde adeta orman ve denizin buluştuğu yerde. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverler. Odalar temizdi. Bizim kaldığımız oda bahçeye açılıyordu odamızın önünde şezlonglar vardı keyifliydi. Alkollü içecekler kaliteliydi. Şimdi gelelim olumsuz tarafa yemekler gerçekten kötüydü restorana girince sizi pis bir koku karşılıyor. Türkler için çeşit fazla değildi. Ben 4 gecelik tatilin 2 gününde sadece makarna yedim.

Görsellik iyi profesyonellik sıfır
Mekan ve otelin fiziki koşulları olarak iyi bir tatildi. Eğlence anlamında profesyonellik hiç yoktu. Kurban bayramı olmasına rağmen programlar çok amatörceydi. Bizim mahalledeki düğünler gibiydi. Otelde çalışan kişiler üst düzey emek veriyorlar, gerçekten çok özverili çalışıyorlar. Ama resepsiyonun arkasındaki odada olan bir bayan ( müdür olduğunu düşünüyorum) bu emekçileri bir müşterinin önünde azarlayacak kadar deneyimsiz, kalitesiz, otelin profesyonellikle ilgisi olmadığını belgeleyen karakterde düzeysiz bir kişiydi. Bütün çalışan emekçilere teşekkür ediyorum, hepsi bütün gelen müşterilerle çok iyi ilgilendiler. Dediğim gibi mekân güzel, otel fiziki olarak iyi ama profesyonellik sıfır. Bunu daha o girişteki müdürden anlamış olduk. Resepsiyonda çalışan güleryüzlü emekçilere de çok teşekkür ederim ve onlara selam olsun. Müdür olan bayana da daha girişte profesyonellik dışı hareketle otelin gerçek yüzünü gösterdiği için teşekkür ederim. Ona da selam olsun. Çalışanına bu şekilde davranan müdüre oteli emanet edene de çok selam olsun.

Nice holiday spot.
This is a very nice seeside resort. It was early season soo, there were some works gooing on but it was not too disturbing. The view is really beautiful with the Olympos mountain in the background.

Başarılı buldum
Otel konum olarak denize sıfır. Denizi kumdalı güzel. Yeterli sezlong bulunmakta. Birden çok havuzu var ve sezlong sıkıntısı çekilmemekte. Odalar gayet geniş hatta çocuksuz çift olarak gidenler için çok daha fazla geniş. Odalar temiz ama gerçekten temiz. Yemekler normal ne çok iyi ne de çok kötü diyemem. Ama herzaman kendime uygun yiyecek buldum. Bu otelde özelikkle beğendiğim konu çalışan kalitesi, çalışanların müşterilerle iletişimi. Hani laubalilik ile samimiyet ve yardımcı olmak arasında hatta eğlenmek arasında çok ince bir çizgi vardır. İşte buradaki çalışanlar bu aradaki çizgiyi çok iyi tutturuyorlar. Özellikle isim vermeden geçemeyeceğim. Animasyon ekibinden Onur, Alina ve havuzbaşından patenci İbrahim temasa geçip iletişimlerinden, yaptıkları işlerden memnun kaldıklarım çalışanlar. Birde restorandaki müthiş krepler yapan arkadaş. Genel olarak bir önceki daha çok para vererek gittiğim sidedeki 5 yıldızlı herşey dahil otel ile karşılaştırdığımda başarılı buldum. Bir daha gidersem çocuklu gitmeyi planlıyorum. Çocuklu aileler için çok daha başarılı.

Otel hakkinda bazi aydinlatmalar yapmak istiyorum. Biz 4 gece kaldık otelde ve her gun bir digerinden daha keyifliydi. Odalar cok konforluydu,tertemizdi. Yatak rahat. Havuz manzarali odada kaldik. Balkonda keyif yapmak cok rahatlaticiydi. Amfi tiyatroda hergun baska bir aktivite vardi guzel zamanlar gecirdik. Canli muzik vardi cok eglenceliydi. Yemekler bir harika. Sadece sicak sicak yemek isteyenler icin biraz ilik gelebilir yemekler ama bizim icin problem olacak bir sey degildi. Cesit cesit mezeler, salatalar. Istakoz bile yedik. Calisanlar gayet saygiliydi. Siz insanlara nasil yaklasirsaniz karsi tarafta size oyle yaklasir. Bu her yerde boyledir. Bize saygisizlik yapan olmadı. Genel olarak otel herkese tavsiyemdir.

Supernice resort in lovely area. + Staff is helpful + Great Animation Team + Beautiful beach, pools and beach. + Great Waterslides - Staff not good at English - All-Inclusive food and drinks are not “ultra”, the food is ok (but not more) and drinks are few. - Cleaning of the room was not good. When we arrived the room had dirty glasses, after 4 days they still wasn’t cleaned.

Beklediğimden iyi
Tesis büyük, yeşillik alanlar çok fazla ve güzel. Göl manzaralı oda konsepti de güzel, sanki göl etrafında konuşlanmış evler gibi havuz etrafında odalar vardı. Daha sakin bir ortam isteniyorsa oradaki havuz, biraz daha hareket için genel havuz kullanılabilir. Deniz sıcak ve temiz. Yemekler 7/10. Aquaparkı bir otel için büyük ve eğlenceli. Oda temizliği çok iyi. Gece animasyonları daha iyi olabilir.

Güzel bir tatil
Ailece güzel ve keyifli bir tatil geçirdik. Göl manzaralı geniş odaların ikinci katında konakladık. Odamızdan genelde memnun kaldık fakat üst katlara ait şezlong olmadığı için havuzdan yeterince yararlanamadık. Yemekler güzeldi fakat çeşit artırılabilir.
