"Sayın Yetkili, Otelinizin konumu, genel kalitesi ve fiyat-performans dengesi oldukça başarılı. Ancak iki konuda iyileştirme yapılmasının faydalı olacağını düşünüyorum. 1. Oda hijyeni ve ilaçlama: Rus turist yoğunluğu nedeniyle değil, genel hijyen standartları kapsamında oda ilaçlamalarının daha düzenli yapılmasını öneriyorum. Konaklamam sırasında ayağımda tahta kurusu ısırığını düşündüren izler oluştu. 2. Restoran personelinin hijyen eğitimi: Kazakistan’dan gelen stajyer öğrenciler ellerinden gelenin en iyisini yapmaya çalışıyor. Ancak düzenli hijyen eğitimleriyle hizmet kalitesinin artırılabileceğine inanıyorum. Konaklamamızın devamında Mardan Palace’ta da kaldık. Otel genel olarak mükemmeldi; ancak benzer hijyen sorunları orada da dikkatimi çekti. Kahvaltı sırasında bir garsonun elini ağzına ve tırnaklarına götürdüğünü gördüm. Ayrıca bir kedi tarafından elinden ısırılan garsonun, elini peçeteyle sararak servise devam etmeye çalışması ciddi bir hijyen ve iş güvenliği riski oluşturuyordu. Duruma müdahale ederek yetkililere bildirdik. Restoran müdürünüzün konuya duyarlı ve profesyonel yaklaşımını ayrıca takdir ettim. Bu geri bildirimleri bir şikâyetten ziyade, çok beğendiğim otellerinizin hizmet kalitesini daha da yükseltmesine katkı sağlamak amacıyla paylaşıyorum. Saygılarımla"

"The room was great! It was clean and comfortable with a great sea view. The only complaint would be the smell of smoke especially in the closet.(rooms are non smoking) There are some choices at the buffet restaurant if you need gluten free, but it would have been appreciated to have just one bread option. Also they need better signage on the dessert section, since the allergy signs are all together on the top shelf and if you are not familiar with each dish, it is hard to know. The pool is great and the staff are very enthusiastic. We found the night shows good, and the bar staff all cheery and hard working. Overall a recommended all inclusive hotel with very good service."
