"Had to ask for maid service which is a little odd. We straightened our beds each day but II did expect towels or washcloths tobe replaced if left on floor. Maid wouldn't know if room was not entered."

"After a long day in the Hospital in Nashville with our Daughter, we found this Hotel on Expedia at a great price and one room available. When my Husband and I arrived, the lady at the desk was so nice and offered us bottled waters (as many as we wanted) and when we asked for an extra towel to give us a total of four, she provided an additional 3. She said that Housekeeping was almost finished cleaning the room, but we could head up to the room. We arrived and the Housekeeper introduced herself (Deborah) and finished wiping down surfaces and making the bed. She chatted with us as we told her about our Daughter’s brain aneurysm and made us feel so welcomed at this beautiful hotel. She was very nice and extremely professional. We had everything that we needed including a great night’s sleep. The bed was very comfortable! I would definitely recommend this hotel! "
