"We had a great trip. We spent less time at the cabin than we planned due to the amazing weather, the hiking and the sight seeing which there is a lot of. So much so we couldn’t do it all in 3 days. The cabin was clean, well appointed, had everything we needed, yet wasn’t too much. Parking was very good for the location and had room to turn vehicle around. I will point out that there is a cabin approx 50 feet at most within full view but you still have plenty of areas for privacy. This was not an issue just a detail that you do not see or learn about from the description. Also, as high up on an hill as you are the road noise is fairly loud outside on the deck. Otherwise we had a great time and would recommend. We enjoyed the cabin and the area so much we asked to stay an additional night and the owners immediately made that happen. We would recommend ! Thank you"

"This place was very clean and cozy. After a day of hiking we were looking forward to soaking in the hot tub but it wouldn't turn on, we were too tired to care. The steps upstairs are very narrow so I wouldn't suggest it for an older couple. The road to get to the cabin was extremely rough, but it's no fault of the owners. The only problem with the place is the deck definitely needs work. Boards were sticking up and some were missing screws. It was definitely a nice place!"

"The cabin was just like it said. HOWEVER... the cleanliness was absolutely awful. We are not ones to complain as we visit many places. This particular cabin was bad. I understand cobwebs and dust in a wooded cabin. I also understand its a cabin thar allows pets. So we didnt expect it to be immaculate. What we did expect was clean towels and showers. There were literally medication patches stuck to the shower walls. The towels had stains on them. There was hair stuck to the shower walls we we arrived. Just being honest in hopes it helps. We gave stayed at multiple cabins in the RRG and this was by far the worst experience."

"There were mice and they did leave their droppings on the counter, there was a large collection of mold in one of the cabinets, if you have a large party the hot water does run out after one shower. On the plus side there were A LOT of coffee filters (no need to bring your own as suggested), and the hot tub was nice."
