There was quite a long time between your visit and your review, so maybe there was a confusion when describing room amongst other places you may have stayed. The Double Guestroom you stayed in (with us) is very typical in size, this room also benefits from dual aspect windows with mountain views. There is a decent size Shower En-Suite, which as you have noted, was not a problem at all?!

Dear Anon, Thank you for your feedback. We have reviewed the communications sent before your arrival and we had specified in 3 separate occasions that there is free ‘on street’ parking. In your booking confirmation there are 3 simple bullet points which referred to Covid-19, Check-In and Parking. We can only provide you with the most effective information, we appreciate this does take time to read through. It seems quite unfair to mark us down so significantly for something completely out of our control. We also note that this was not mentioned at all during your stay, and therefore no opportunity to help resolve any issue. We do hope next time you visit Keswick you are able to find something that better suits your needs. Simon & Lorraine.
