"I wouldn’t recommend this place since this hotel is very loud, couldn’t sleep in since everyone is loud at the pool. Also the AC kept turning off and me waking up hot. I had to get up 4 times to turn it back on. I also had to turn on the humidifier since that kept turning off too. They charge 100$ deposit and still haven’t got refunded on it and it’s day 2. They let people play loud music there and seem to not care about the guests at all. They charged me 3 different charges one for room, one for deposit and another for early check in at 3:45 when check in at 4pm. They say the system charges you but I don’t believe that since she charged my card 3 times. Never experienced any hotel like this! The door didn’t open either, had to come back in office and get them to fix it. Read reviews I should’ve listened and found another hotel. Never again. I’ll call tomorrow about my deposit back. "

"Maid service only left fresh towels the 1st morning. Didn't make the bed up. The fridge is broken, doesn't cool at all. And the tub was very slick and couldn't take a good shower. Also shower curtain doesn't keep water from getting on the floor."

"We’ve stayed here before 2 years ago. This time it was triple the price for a lesser room and a let down overall. The staff were great and were trying to make it the best they could with the tools they had. Several throw pillows had holes and branded bed runner were slightly stained so we put those out of reach from our kids. Used the provided wall mounted hairdryer and it blew the breaker in our room. The laundry bag looked like it was emptied and left to hang to be reused. They used to have a good hot breakfast but this round it was a grab and go in their currently reduced size under construction main office. Overall condition of room and building made it apparent the owners are coasting with increased prices while they build additions to the complex and remodel the office. Our first time staying 2 years ago was great and we really hope when they get through this phase, it will be as great as it once was or better. "
