Tastefully decorated and updated, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom will not dissapoint. Enjoy relaxing on the large, comfortable patio while taking in the tranquil wide canal views! Gas grill, outdoor dining table and chairs with umberella, in ground pool overlooking the canal, fish cleaning table, 37.5 ft of deep water dockage, bait freezer, and a quick ride to the open Atlantic or the Open Gulf through Vaca Cut.

The master suite offers a King bed and en suite bath. One guest bedroom offers a King size bed and the other guest bedroom offers a Queen. Both are tastefully decorated in bright, tropical colors. Lots of comfortable seating in the living area to enoy the large Flat screen TV or overlook the dockage and canal. A well-equipped kitchen opens to the living and dining area and offers an eat-in breakfast bar area.
