This home is situated on the widest water canal in Key Colony and faces East for cool, comfortable porch sitting and beautiful sunrises. Wide open golf course right across the street. Horseshoes, bocce ball, tennis court and playground within walking distance right down 7th street. You'll also have access to a shared pool, hot tub and other amenities at the Cabana Club. Key Colony is a quiet, private community with restaurants within walking distance. Walk or bike to private Sunset Beach to watch the beautiful sunsets every evening.
