"We stayed for a week in May! The location was great! The house had pretty much everything we needed. The beds were comfy. The pool was awesome! We paid for the heat in the hot tub but didn’t need it! Lots of seating outside. The ceiling fans on the lanai were great! They had so many towels! They do require you wash towels (that aren’t part of everyday use in the bathroom) but that was no big deal with the stackable washer and dryer in the house."

"This property is over the top with a pool and hot tub. The inside was very clean and up to date kitchen and bathroom. Bed was comfortable. The bed was a little small. The owner was very nice and easy to talk to."

"This was my 1st stay in Key Colony Beach and the rental description was very accurate, very clean and very comfortable for a mature (not so young) couple. We had everything we needed in the house and more. The internet was great and my husband worked some remotely while I explored parks near by. The pool area is completed fenced in so my dogs could be out chasing lizards for fun while I enjoyed the pool and husband cooked on the gas grill. Since its located on a canal, we rented a boat for a few days and kept it right behind the rental in the canal. There were manatees visiting almost daily and I was able to give them a drink of fresh water from the fish cleaning station. The location was a little more than a stones throw from 2 good bar/eateries. I LOVE Sparky's smoked fish dip. The wind made it very pleasant for sitting outside by canal in morning and by pool in afternoon. I took a snorkling trip to Sombrero reef. It was great with calm seas and great visibility, Highly recommend. There are 2 paddle boards and I went out a couple of times but be aware it wasn't easy to launch and retrieve as there wasn't a leash on the boards. I rigged my own with a bungee cord and managed alone and Im in my late 50's so its doable. I also rode one of the bikes a few times and it was in good condition. The hosts communication was great as well! I look forward to returning next spring!"

"Please let your guests know that sombrero beach has a park to pay it cost me $45 as I did not see it where we parked. Your place is a great location. We tried to make sure everything was cleaned up. Pool and beach were great."

"We had the best time staying at this beautiful property! The kids loved swimming in the pool and watching the manatee off the dock. My husband and I enjoyed sitting on the dock drinking our coffee and closing out the day with a glass of wine. The new black stone made it super easy to cook our fresh caught fish. My kids said the only issue is they wanted to stay longer. Cannot wait to go back! Thank you Divina!"

"We found your place on Vrbo and It was fantastic! The place we stayed was everything we needed. Relaxing , beautiful the view was beautiful and the beach is very nice and great chairs to relax, and take in the beauty! Micheal was amazing host and very helpful to help with ideas where to eat, get groceries, and just so Grateful he alllowed us to stay and enjoy 30 years. Loved just a short walk to sunset park to watch the beautiful view of sunset !!! If looking for a place to relax and enjoy a vacation , we give it a 10 out of 10!!! "The house was great and had everything we needed. Perfect location in Key Colony Beach with short walking distance to the club and multiple restaurants/bars. We had plenty of space for our 30' boat at the dock and enough space in the driveway to park the truck and trailer. We used the launch at the KCB marina and it was large enough and deep enough for our boat with very easy access to the canal."
