Our location is ideal for exploring Key West by foot or bicycle—everything is close by! You really won’t need a car unless you're driving down Route 1 from mainland Florida. Lyft and Uber are also readily available throughout the area for added convenience.

🚧 DOCK CONSTRUCTION NOTICE (APRIL–MAY 2026)
Please be advised that the Pelican Landing Condominium Association has scheduled a full dock rebuild beginning April 27, 2026, with an estimated duration of approximately 30 days (weather permitting).
During this time:
• The dock, all boat slips, and the fish cleaning station will be completely unavailable
• Construction will occur Monday–Saturday during daytime hours
• Intermittent construction noise is expected, with the most significant activity during the first two weeks
• Construction personnel and equipment will be present in the marina
This project is limited to the condominium dock area only and does not impact the interior of the condo, furnishings, pool, parking, or other on-site amenities.
By booking during this period, guests acknowledge and accept these temporary conditions.
⏰ CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. The base rate covers up to 6 guests; maximum occupancy is 8. Guests #7 and #8 incur a fee of $100 per person per night and must be included on the reservation prior to arrival.

Free on-site parking is guaranteed for one vehicle, including a golf cart rental.
🚤 DOCKAGE DETAILS (OUTSIDE CONSTRUCTION PERIODS)
Maximum boat length 40 ft, maximum beam 13 ft, with an 18-ft fixed bridge clearance into the marina. Overnight stays on boats are not permitted.

All guests must be at least 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent.
🌴 TROPICAL ENVIRONMENT REMINDER
Our home is treated monthly by professional pest control; however, in Key West’s climate, occasional insect sightings are possible. If needed, we will promptly arrange professional inspection and treatment. Access must be permitted for service.
Interaction with Guests:
I will not be on the premises during your stay. The unit is professionally managed by Keys Time Vacation Rentals.
There is no in-person check-in required. You’ll have digital access to the property via keyless entry codes for the condominium elevator and common areas. Your unique condo unit access code will be provided at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
Maintenance support is available 24/7, should any issues arise during your stay.

Spacious, comfortable and great layout. Perfect for 2 couples. Loved the location on the water. Fun sitting on deck watching pelicans and boats and listening to live music from the bar below. Appreciated the 10 pm quiet time. Easy to get to all the sites and attractions. Would highly recommend.
We stayed for the weekend at this lovely condo. It is a bit further from Duval than we usually stay, but still walkable to all the fun. The balcony was large and the view of the marina and the bay is great. We saw manatee and a nurse shark hanging out at the docks. The condo is well appointed and comfortable. Management was easy to deal with and responsive.
Condo was immaculate and roomy. Wonderful few of the water and dock, lots of pelicans :)The staff at the complex was attentive and friendly.…., Mac’s Titi bar and grill is a 5 min walk. 7 minutes from Duvall, close to Publix and shopping center. Highly recommend

Only negative was a total lack of recycling facilities for water bottles etc.
That seems to be a Key West in general thing which surprised and disappointed us.
This was our family’s first trip to Key West! This condo unit and its facilities were amazing. The location was ideal, we loved being able to sit outside on its large patio and watch fishing boats come in/out everyday. The condo was clean and really well equipped with everything we needed. We hope to make another trip soon with a few over our friends. Thanks for making this family vacation amazing.
The condo was a hub as we went fishing and saw the sites in Key West. It was walking distance to charter boat row which made things easy. The unit was clean and well stocked with cooking utensils. Nice sitting on the balcony in the evening. My daughters were thrilled that a manatee came to the dock. Great experience.
We enjoyed our time at the condo. Fully equipped kitchen. Clean. Safe. Quiet. We took Uber to get around and left car parked. Plenty of space! We look forward to returning in future. Thank you!
We were very happy to stay at this condo. There were a few minor issues (loose sink, light bulb) which the property manager took care of as soon as possible. The view was lovely. There is a firehouse close by but we did not hear the sirens after 10. One thing I was told after the fact was that the manager and the pest control person came in while we were out for the day. I was surprised by this. So, yes, stay and enjoy Key West.
We wanted a quiet place to stay with our own bedrooms and baths. This place was so sweet, with a great view and close to everything; but away from all of the night time noise. Everything was neat and clean, and we loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the water and watching the sun rise. We even had a TV in each bedroom. We were expecting to walk anywhere we wanted, which would have been very easy. However, right before the trip my daughter broke her foot. Located right next to Truman made It very easy to drive the car anywhere we wanted to go. The owner was a delight to work with and checked in with us via text to make sure all was ok. It was seamless and a wonderful vacation!
The condo is wonderful, very roomy and nicely appointed. All the amenities of home and a great location. Just a 20-minute walk to Duval Street and easy to catch the free transit if you don't want to walk. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and great communication from the property manager.
We loved so much our stay here! Beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. So close to Duval Street and we rode our bikes too and from. We also loved the back patio over looking the water. The condo is beautiful and the view was awesome. There are 2 things that we have to mention. Low water pressure in master bathroom & other bathroom, sink and shower.End unit would have been better if the road noise, semi's trucks, dump trucks, motorcycles, etc could be heard even with the doors closed. We tried to sit on balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning we had to raise our voices to be heard, so we went inside.
