"Beacon Terrace" in the Truman Annex is a beautifully renovated town home in the historic Foundry in the Truman Annex.
The living area is the entire first floor and has an open plan, with 11-foot ceilings, double French doors, and plenty of natural light.
Enjoy the large outdoor deck with plenty of room for lounging, dining and relaxing!
The recently updated kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances, with granite counter tops and all the tools needed to prepare a delicious meal from home. The Primary Suite located on the second floor includes a King bed, a flat screen TV, a private balcony, and an elegant en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The Second Bedroom located on the Third Floor features Two Twins OR One King bed, a flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Also there is a Washer & Dryer, Central Heat and A/C, Ceiling Fans, Wi-Fi internet access, & full cable included. Assigned off street parking for one car and access to a refreshing community pool.
Please note: This property has a 28 night minimum stay
