My husband and I really enjoyed our week stay. The place was exactly as described. Clean and had everything we needed for the week. The location is great and so close to Smathers beach!

Beautiful View

We loved the view from our room and balcony and amenities were as described . Need a car or other transportation to get into town but not far away and we enjoyed being off the beaten path. Easy check in and Roberta readily available for any questions. Kitchen stocked with anything you might need and is updated with newer appliances. We will be back!

Great condo with wonderful ocean view

Wonderful condo in a great location with gorgeous ocean views. Had a few issues upon check-in, but Roberta was wonderful and handled everything quickly. Communication was great.

Beautiful & Comfortable Condo

Spent a couple weeks this October. The location was spacious, clean, and an overall great place to stay! Loved the pool, the balcony with the great view, and the available parking. We highly recommend this rental!

Staying in Key West at its best!

Peace of mind staying in a gated community with coffee on the balcony overlooking a beautiful beach. Condo was clean very well equipped and quiet. This was our second visit and looking forward to many more. Convenient to all attractions, restaurants and shops. The hosts is very responsive and accommodating.

La Brisa is great!

This condo was nice, clean, and this complex is secure. We’ve stayed at La Brisa several times. This unit has a great view of Smather’s Beach. The unit had about anything you’d need for cooking or food prep. It’s quite a distance from the downtown area, which is great. Covered parking, a nice grilling area, and a nice pool area. Roberta was helpful, and everything was good.

Excellent Property

The unit was well furnished. All the furnishings were in good condition. The location is excellent for it proximity to the beach and all of Key West. The unit was clean. The amenties on the property were all in good repair. It was wonderful to relax without a worry about where we were staying and just enjoy Key West. Highly recommend this unit.

Beach house in Key West

Nice property for 2 people. Nice views, beach is small and quiet, right across the street. Street does have some traffic but is reasonable and has current construction. Property is gated and is accessible easily using a code or key. Pool was a nice size, easy to get in and out, very clean. House was well stocked with all kitchen items, Roberta was responsive and helpful when we had a small gate issue due to a big rain storm and resolved it within just a minute or two.

Great location to experience Old Town and recharge your batteries

Overlooking Smathers Beach... which though small is a positive and provides great views. Found out the Keys are coral and the sand is imported so beaches are not common here. The location is far enough away from Duval where it's quiet yet close in to all the Old Town bad too offer by bike. Only negative thing.. advertised a "beach house" Actually apartment style Condo but the ocean view made up for everything.

Family friendly location, private parking, quiet no contact entry. Condo is clean updated & spacious. Gorgeous view from bedroom & balcony. Minor issue W/ kitchen sinks garbage disposal, heard back from realtor right away. Advised me how to reset it. Dishwasher worked well & we had dinner out so it wasn't a problem. Happy to report we hope to return asap!

Excellent experience

Our stay at the property was for one week this month. It was our first time in this apartment at the condo having visited another one a few years ago. We loved the unit, the decor, and the location. The location is off the beaten track which is fine for us but may be difficult for those without a vehicle. The view from the apartment is very beautiful, the furniture and bedding are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. We also enjoy Smathers Beach which is popular for water activities as well as people gazing. Nice restaurants we enjoyed this trip were Blue Heaven, Louie's Backyard, Cafe Sole and The Marquesa. The Southernmost Beach Cafe is a nice location on the water for breakfast. Louie's Afterdeck Bar is also on the water and will serve a full dinner as well as cocktails. It was all very wonderful and we hope to return.

Great location

The unit is on the 3rd floor. The kitchen is updated, clean, and well stocked with utensils, pots and dishware. The bedroom is a great size and the closet is HUGE! Plenty of dresser space and space to hang your clothing. So you don't need to live out of your suitcase! The patio/veranda is a great size,with 2 chairs a loveseat and table there is also a ceiling fan which we never needed. There was always a breeze! The covered parking was great. The grounds and pool area are clean and well maintained. We had a great view of the beach and water across the street. The view of the ocean and palm trees makes the minimal street traffic non-existent. There are places to dine nearby. If you are fit you can walk to everything and everywhere. We did alot of walking. You can also utizlize the trolley whicb has a stop nearby to get to old town or duval. We had a great stay and would stay again without hesitation. Roberta communication NEVER lacked at all! She was great to work with. Thanks again Roberta for hsoting us!

50th Birthday Celebration

Wonderful condo rental & totally recommend! The rental was beautifully decorated a beach theme. Clean, Spacious, and Quiet. Kitchen has everything you need if you wanna stay in, coffee maker, blender, crock pot, plates cups, nice pots and pans etc. We used the outdoor grills a few nights.Condo Has 2 beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and 4 beach towels. Master bedroom has views of the beach and doors to the balcony w/ huge walk in closet. Bathroom has toilet and tiled stand up shower with bathroom sink that is separate from this area. Great access to the beach to just walk over to it. There are beach chairs and umbrella rentals by Sunset Watersports. The pool at the condo was very nice and heated which was nice to have in the evenings. The only thing I didnt like was the elderly man who came down to swim everyday to do a million swim laps and told everyone to move so he could swim. There were about 10 of us in the pool including 2 kids about 2 yrs old with their moms and he requested them to be moved from his way. I was a little put off with him telling people when and where they can swim. And not to mention, he appeared to have an infected sore on his left leg with steri strips. I wasn't pleased with this situation. Not going to affect my rating of the condo because it's not something in the renter's control. But needs to be known. We did have an issue with the thermostat, Roberta's responses were quick and resolved. Overall, in my top 5 best places I've stayed at!

The apartment was located across the street from the beach. There was a great view from the balcony. The place was comfortable and well equipped. Quiet area but close enough to Duval St. The pool was great. The apartment was nice and we had a good stay.There could be a few upgrades, but we enjoyed the 8 days we spent there.

Key West spring break trip

We enjoyed our stay at La Brisa. The location provides easy access to the airport, a beach and downtown Key West. The amenities are great, including access to the community pool. I would recommend this property to anyone exploring Key West
