We booked through Expedia; I would recommend you NOT do that!!! The resort itself is ok. Book direct through them or use trade, if you are a timeshare owner. Gumbos is nice for evening drinks and good conversations. They do not have a kitchen; however, they have great hot dogs & had a cookout one night serving hamburgers at no cost. They were delicious. We were put in a room that had a view of the dumpsters. The only day we had to sleep in was trash day. And the noise from the road was pretty bad too. The room had roaches and a musky smell. We actually moved to another resort because of the roaches & bugs. The front desk was not very friendly or helpful. When asked for the wifi and pool code, I was told it is with your check in paperwork, however we had just keys and a paper that had our name on it? Then was verbally told both codes, to remember as I stood there in my bathing suit and towel, she seemed bothered by me asking if she could please write it down. I cannot really recommend staying here, there are many other choices, that are within the same price range, if not cheaper. Even if you pay a little more, it will be worth it. If you do stay here, I would recommend you ask for a condo not by the road or dumpsters. It is very load!!! I would book direct or through timeshare. Talking to other guest with better locations, said they too had problems with bugs, but their view and noise was nothing compared to ours. Not a bad resort, we just got a bad unit.

The unit we stayed in had several things that were broken or missing: the microwave glass plate, an outlet by the toaster, and the TV in the bedroom. There was no housekeeping or trash removal. That was all do it yourself. The furniture was shabby, and on the last night, we found bugs in the bed and a cockroach under the living room sofa. This was overpriced for the value we received. The property is beautiful and lushly landscaped, and the staff tried to accommodate our needs by getting us a new glass plate and a new toaster.

Great property on the water at the Marina . 2 salt water swimming pools and a nice hot tub . Best to rent bikes and go the Stock Island for lunch or dinner. Also can rent kayaks at Stock Island.

My family of 3 stayed here for 4 nights and we really enjoyed it. We had the 2 bedroom suite and there was plenty of space. Front desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and we had a nice view of the pool. We would stay again.

A very cute property. However, upon arrival, our room was not ready nor did they aware of our booking. Also during the stay, there were no restock on towels or other supplies or even an offer of cleaning the room. The room was not properly cleaned. We dared not to turn the fan on because of all the dust built up on the blades. I had specifically requested a proper cleaning upon my booking due to the severe dust allergy.

This a great place to stay. We would recommend this place if you’re planning a trip to Key West. They have two very nice swimming pools, a marina and a bar/restaurant on the property.

Clean and quiet resort located just a few miles from Duval street. We fished off of the dock at the end of the resort and actually caught fish! Cute little bar on the marina too with friendly staff. Nice place we will be back. Don't plan on checking in before 4:00 pm, they won't let you. Young lady at the desk was not very pleasant either, however when we checked out another young woman was extremely nice.

PROS: Room was nice, clean, and updated. Low traffic people-wise and though there was some noise from the road it wasn't too bad. CONS: The people staying in the room a few doors down left in the middle of the night as they said they had large cockroaches in their room and were not staying there. I saw a small bug or two that were smaller than a lady bug in our bathroom, but not sure if it was a roach. If you want a extended checkout only plan on maybe 30 mins. extra. The 10AM checkout is too early! At least a one hour extension should be afforded to guests that request it. No hotel should be before 11AM IMHO.

Property was well kept and pleasant. Our main a AC unit wasn't working. They had a small window unit that kept the room cool enough but very noisy. They replaced the main unit on our 4th day. They had 4 washer and dryer rooms and only one unit was working. Even with these issues I would still probably book again.

The units are large which was perfect for our family. Salt water pools were warm and the hot tub was great! The unit was a little older and in need of some repairs but the AC worked, the location was great as we went up and down the keys and parking was super easy!! Highly recommend for families who have a car.

We liked that the property was away from the "party" part of town, but only by about three miles. It was close to some grocery stores and breakfast locations to get us going in the morning. VERY well kept and friendly staff.
