Great property,unfortunate timing.
First and foremost, the property owner, Roberta, was fantastic to deal with.I believe this can be the most important factor in a successful rental experience.She was very responsive to any questions prior to our arrival and even contacted us during our stay to make us aware of cool events taking place in KW during our stay.The condo was clean and as advertised. Beautiful views from from living room and bedrooms.Unfortunately for us, a long running construction project across the street with heavy equipment was taking place during our entire stay and was noisy and detracted from the experience. To be fair, I saw the project was going on the previous year but never imagined it would still be going on a year later. They moved very, very slowly. This in no way reflects negatively on Roberta or the beautiful condo and location under normal circumstances.We hope to have the opportunity to stay there again in the future....without the daily construction crews.

Nice view and great pool
Four ladies had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun week despite less than ideal weather. If you like to swim the large pool is heated to perfection and the hot tub is nice too. No way to stream anything on the TVs though.

Wonderful Condo
We enjoyed the view. Very short walk to the beach. Watching the Zombie bike ride from the Balcony, awesome. It is an older unit but everything was as advertised. We would definitely stay there again.

Awesome Condo with a View!
First off, communication with Roberta was FANTASTIC! The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful and just like the pictures! The condo was bigger than expected, with lots of closet space and amenities not listed: beach chairs, beach toys, cooler, grill accessories, etc. The kitchen has tons of dishes and cups/glasses, everything you need to cook with plenty of containers for food. The dining area has a really nice table with space for 4 people. The living room is very spacious as well. The bedrooms were just as listed in the pictures with fans and plenty of cool air from the vents along the ceiling. The condo stayed cold the whole time we were there. The condo complex is gated and we felt safe the whole time...not that it is in a bad area or anything. The pool area was really nice too, pool, hot tub and showers in the restrooms at the pool. We used the showers in the restroom to get the sand off of us from visiting Smathers Beach, which is right across the street. Having a beach right across the street was a big plus too. Overall, probably the best place we have stayed at in Key West for the comfort, amenities, and price point!

The best place in Key West!
I prefer the southen location and I stayed at other properties on the south shore. This place is simply the best for those who want to be in close proximity to the beach. The condo is clean and spacious for a family of four and has ALL the amenities you can possibly need. The owner is very nice and responsive. We spent a lot of time on the balcony which overlooks the ocean.

Great birthday trip
We stayed for a long weekend for a friend’s birthday. The view is amazing. We loved sitting on the balcony drinking our coffee in the morning. The condo had everything we needed. The master bedroom and bathroom were nice and the bed was comfortable. Our friends said the twin mattresses in the other bedroom were extremely hard though. We enjoyed the pool and cooked on the grill too. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Key West.

Keep Looking! Not the best place to stay!
We were very disappointed in this property! To start off it was NOT clean! This place needs a deep cleaning bad! If you're wanting to cook, bring your own condiments and supplies! The beds were not comfortable at all! Also, they don't bother to tell you that you have to cross a very very busy street to get to the beach… And it's only getting busier because they're widening it to four lanes! It is also very very noisy when you're trying to sleep the road noise is horrible. The road construction starts at 6 AM. I would not stay here just for that reason… Also, the people upstairs.... every time they walk across the floor. or open and shut their doors. You hear it. It's very loud. It sounds like elephants above you at all times ....also the back door would not lock and The beach has a lot of homeless people so you don't feel very safe. The water in the condo never got hot so you're basically taking a cold shower every time. There was one good thing.... Roberta was very helpful and always texting us back. In my opinion, you could find a better place to stay on the island! Keep looking!

Great place to stay in Key West
This condo was bigger than I originally thought. It is located across from Smathers beach, which was a huge plus trying to dodge the short afternoon storms while maximizing beach time. The place required a key card to get into parking and an additional code for the elevator, so it felt very secure - not that I ever had any concerns in key west. The location on smathers had palm trees to shade under and was next to a chair/umbrella rental station and a water activity sign up. The condo was 2 bed/2 bath and we utilized the pull out bed which was comfy. There were some beach chairs and towels at our disposal. We didn't really use the kitchen other than to toast bagels, but it had sufficient plates/silverware/etc. The manager requires you clean out the fridge afterwards, so don't expect any communal amenities (salt/pepper/etc). Overall, it worked out really well for our group of 5 adults. We did end up ubering to duval street a few times because it was too far to walk and parking was difficult and expensive. However, we preferred to be on the beach rather than in town!

the condo was very nice, great location, Roberta was wonderful to communicate with and very helpful. The only issue--- I think it was the sliding glass door in the condo below us sounded like the building was crashing down every time they went in and out or either it was the condo above us sliding the dining room chairs on the tile?? or it actually might have been a combination of both! lol!! otherwise, we had a fabulous time!!

What a great view of the ocean from the balcony! Only downside was no hot water in master bath shower was told by owner that knob was backwards I already tried that still no hot water and why do I need to strip the beds when I leave that is something for the cleaning crew.

Great size and location
Our family of 6 stayed here and we loved it and would definitely stay here again (2 kids, 2 adults, 2 seniors). 2 in each bedroom and 2 on the pull out couch. Beds were comfortable (not spectacular). Kitchen came with olive oil, salt, and pepper and fully equipped to make meals / service for 6. Recommend filling up a pitcher of water and putting it in the fridge as in unit water doesn’t get super cold. The host was very responsive and wanted to make sure everything was working well. Super easy check in and check out process. Lots of codes (gate, elevator, and door) but that was fine and helped us feel very secure once we were in. After check-in there was keys and a gate card so just had to remember one. The best part was the view and location. There is a wonderful balcony with a fan to watch the ocean and keep the mosquitos away. The walk to the beach was so quick - just across the street from the main gate. We used the on-site pool and BBQ area. At the pool there is a huge covered area with tables, chairs and fans to keep out of the sun if you want. Hot tub also available. The grate was clean and easy to use. One side of the grill wasn’t working and we ended up using a paper towel to light it. Food came out great. Would stay again!!

Family Vacation
The property was great and exactly as described. Great location with comfortable beds. The floors could use a deep cleaning as our feet turned black walking around barefoot. Only complaint is the $250 cleaning fee, yet we still had to wash all the dishes, strip the beds, and leave as little laundry as possible.

Anniversary trip
Stayed here for our 10th anniversary trip and it was wonderful! The condo was exactly as described in the listing and was clean! Beautiful view of Smathers Beach that literally greets you as you walk in, just as the listing said, and is also the same view you get from the balcony and master bedrooms. Great unit in Key West
Unit was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, and the oceanview was amazing. The condo complex was great as well - the wellheated pool was a welcome surprise. Manager communication was good - overall, its a very good value for Key West and helped us to have a terrific vacation.

Great View
Excellent view of the water, while sitting on the lanai we saw dolphins swimming, shrimp boats, kite skiers, sunrises and much more. Property needs a bit of updating but was accurately described. Walkable to some stores, bars and restaurants but a bit far from the action on Duvall. Roberta was responsive when I had questions, etc.

The complex is conveniently located and the condo has great views.
The property is a little dated but functional. Has everything needed in the kitchen as well as extra beach stuff in the closets (make sure to check the master closet).

Convenient stay right across the beach, there is a Sunset Rentals right there and got to parasail. Condo was clean , however the twin bed was uncomfortable too hard. It was quiet and affordable.

This property was amazing. Very spacious. Gated community. Check in was seamless and so easy. Condo located across the street from the beach and provided beautiful views. Condo was a short drive from Duvall Street. Condo pool area was beautiful and very well maintained. We would stay here again for sure!

Great Key West Experience
My wife and I had a great time staying here while celebrating our anniversary. We enjoyed biking downtown during the day and being able to have quiet time back at the condo at night. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved the view from the balcony at this condo. It was nice to have so much space and is much different and much better than a hotel stay. Having laundry and a kitchen was great and a money saver as Key West is an expensive little town. Grocery stores were about 10 minutes away, in fact everything was. We did need a car / scooter to get around. I did not love Smathers Beach, and recommend Rest Beach just around the corner. The pool and hot tub were amazing. This is a local area within a tourist town so it is quiet and I like that about it. The beds could use an update, I say with constructive criticism, as they were not comfortable. However everything else was amazing! Thanks so much Roberta for being so attentive and helpful during our whole stay. We will be back if we come to Key West again!

April marriage
We spent a week in Key West for our son‘s wedding. Rather than be in the thick of the party crowd near Duval St we wanted to be in a quieter location near the beach. The condo was perfect for us, although we needed a golf cart to get around.

View from unit was outstanding. Easy access to beach and airport. Too far to walk to downtown area. Unit shows a lot of ware and tear, but everything worked and was well stocked with amenities. I would stay at this location again.

Awesome location and view!
You cannot beat the view and the location. We were down from South Florida for a wedding and had a very lovely and fun time. Overall pleased, was very spacious and would stay again. Having said that though, be aware that with the construction it was a bit inconvenient to have to take the long way around to everything as traffic was really bad. The location is very quiet and the pool area is very nice. The actual room while it was clean it is very dated and there was a lot of little things that didn't work. Roberta was very responsive and did send someone by very promptly to fix the door lock and the main t.v. The other little things we just dealt with. Most annoying though was the toilet in the main area that kept running. We had to manually reach in the tank every other flush to adjust the stopper. Also the blinds need to be fixed, you have to stand on a chair to open and close them because the wand keeps falling off. The lamp in the main sitting area doesn't turn on or off either. Little things that I did not want to bother her with but would be nice if they were fixed for the next guests :) Thank you for a nice mini vacation.
