The property is surrounded by tropical palm tree foliage, resort-style amenities and breathtaking views. The “Old Key West” vibe will catch your attention as you enter one of the Keys most prestigious gated communities, offering two heated pools, 24 hour security, and access to the only 18-hole golf club in the Florida Keys at an additional cost. KITCHEN and DINING: The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed at your disposal for home entertaining, relaxing pool-side with a cocktail to preparing the most elaborate meals. 4 additional bar stools provide seating for casual dining. LIVING ROOM: The open and airy living area has plenty of windows, light and room for entertaining. Enjoy the large flat screen T.V., with cable and wireless high speed Internet are included with the rental. A convenient powder room is located between the living and dining room. The two bedroom suites on the second floor each have full en-suite bathrooms. Each suite has a queen bed with nightstands, lighting, dressers. OUTDOOR LIVING: Large sliding glass doors lead out to your over-sized porch on the lower level. You will find outdoor showers, restrooms and a fully equipped fitness room in the clubhouse. ADDITIONAL FEATURES: Central AC, Ceiling Fans throughout, Private Gated & Lushly Landscaped Yard, Washer/Dryer. Linens and Towels provided. Interim housekeeping provided upon request for additional charge. Parking pass for Key West Golf Club included. Pool and fitness center key provided. This property will accommodate up to 4 adults. The road comes to an abrupt stop, the rest of it was destroyed in a hurricane years ago but you can park there and walk out. The beach is secluded and quiet, except when the Navy is holding flight practices. The planes are so close, you can see the pilots!

Island Time-March & April 2022

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location on Kingfisher Ln overlooking the tee box on the 6th hole of the golf course. It's a short walk to the pool. Michelle at Compass realty was a pleasure to deal with and addressed any questions we had promptly.
