CONSTRUCTION NOTICE- Balcony Restoration Project – 1800 Atlantic
Start Date: May 2025-Estimated Completion: Spring 2026
Please be advised that a balcony restoration project will be underway at 1800 Atlantic from May 2025 through Spring 2026.
Important Notes:
-Units available for booking will not be under construction.
-All amenities, including the pool, spa, and sunning beach, will remain open and fully operational throughout the project.


Penthouse property with vaulted ceilings at the famous 1800 Atlantic. Both bedrooms and the living room have access to your private balcony with great views of the property and Atlantic Ocean. The Owners are fishing enthusiasts as you will see when you relax in the comforts of home away from home. Totally renovated in the Summer of 2024. No attention to detail has been spared.
King in master, 2 twins in guest and a sleeper in the living room. Ideal family unit that will comfortably accommodate a family of 6.
Olympic size heated pool, with a popular bubbling Jacuzzi for one of those rare cold winter nights. Did you know we are the only frost free city in the continental US.
Tennis lovers will appreciate the only clay court on the island of Key West as well as recently renovated hard courts with the help of ATA.
Where do you start in Key West from Fishing to Diving, to theater and the arts. So much to do and so little time will leave you with no choice other than to visit again.
No where is more than 10 minutes away and there is really no need for a car, however you do get a rare free parking space with your property at 1800 Atlantic.
Our Property Manager lives on site and is a wealth of information should you happen to encounter him, ask him to tell you one of his Island Stories, and listen carefully. There is so much to learn. Many come and never leave, will you be one of those?

Piece of Key West!

We had a great stay at this unit in Key West. Parking was great, the elevator was quick, and our unit was awesome! Sitting on the deck was so much fun as we took in the sounds and smells of fresh ocean air. The pool, the beach, and the sunshine were exactly what we needed on our vacation! Home owners were also very helpful and kind to answer questions we had. We will be back!

The only problem was a irregular constant chirping noise. We thought a bird was in the dryer vent system, but they came to check it out and that wasn't the problem.

Lovely condo, newly renovated, great location!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The condo buildings were very nice and secure, check in was super easy and there was a garage spot for the unit. The unit itself was beautiful with a large balcony that three rooms opened onto! The view was amazing. The kitchen and bathrooms were newly renovated and we loved having a washer and dryer inside. The location is right.at the beach which was lovely and not far from grocery stores or the downtown area of key west. Will be staying here again!

Nice facility, clutter in the unit

The facility was great. We enjoyed the large hearted pool with ample seating and shade. We had to cross a rocky area to get to the beach but once you get past the rocks the ocean bottom is sandy. The layout of the unit made it feel spacious. The only disappointment was all the clutter in the closets. Paint cans, artwork, etc. so much that it interfered with storing our clothing and luggage.

Perfect vacation with young Adult sons

This location was perfect. The pool looking onto the water with the small beach. Walking distance to small store that sold sandwiches and coffee . Liquor store and bar on corner. Uber to Duval street was 10 min drive. Only complaint elevators slow .

Girls Trip/Run

We were pleased with our stay at C420! My only recommendation is hooks for towels to hang hand towels, bath towels and pool towels. The main bedroom tv kept turning on but that was an easy fix! Loved the pool over looking the water. A bit further from where we wanted to be but for the price it was perfect! Julia was awesome to work with.

Loved that there was a parking spot, but also very easy to catch an Uber to get to dinner in more congested areas. The kitchen and master bath had been renovated and beautiful. The property and amenities were very nice (the walk to the pool was so beautiful!)The downsides were minor—faulty coffee maker (switches didn’t work, brewed upon plugging in), toaster (middle coils didn’t work). Only thing missing in the kitchen was a corkscrew (I thankfully brought my own!). Being in the 4th floor, there was a lovely vaulted ceiling. But the wall to the twin bedroom didn’t go up to the ceiling, so all the noise/light from the living room was in the bedroom as well. All in all, it was a beautiful place to stay!

What a view

My husband and I got eaten alive even inside the unit. We thought it was No see ums, but after some research I think it was chiggers. I got it way worse than my husband. We are seriously considering wether we can give this location another shot. The unit itself is clean, plenty of towels, (they def need new pots/pans) and some utensils. If you rent at 1800 I would just suggest researching how to deal with chiggers and no see ums prior to arrival.

Bugs and clutter

The pool and beach area were great. Thankfully the weather was wonderful because the condo did not meet our expectations at all. So many things I need to list:The garage gate opener we were given was for other gate, not where our assigned parking space was located. The property is under major construction at the moment. Dumpsters, workers, tools, etc are everywhere.The kitchen towels were worn, smelly and gross. Drawer pulls and cabinets were falling off hinges in the kitchen.The washing machine worked but was extremely loud and annoying. Half bottles of soap were provided in the main shower. Strange??Closets were full of clutter from the remodel(light fixtures, paint cans, art work, etc). Enough so that it was challenging to put our stuff away. Closet doors were falling off hinges and didn’t shut.Thankfully our kids didn’t join us as there was no mention that the second bedroom was open to the kitchen/living room.To top it off, the place was INFESTED with no see um bugs. They sprayed on our second day which did not help the problem at all. We are leaving with itchy welts to remember our stay.

Sitting on the patio overlooking the ocean and swimming pool is priceless. For the property itself, plenty of room for our family of 4. The condo has more closet space than our newly built house. Kitchen is big and has most of the utensils you'd expect (going out in Key West every night can get spendy). My only knock would be the building and condo are becoming dated and some of the items have reached their lifespan. The closet door come off the track very easily. The main bedroom shower/tub is very unique. I think you could fit another mattress in it and use it as another sleeping spot. I will say the step into it is a little dangerous, especially for older people. None of that would prevent me from staying again but sometimes it is just time to fix things. To finish, close to the airport and beaches. I recommend.

Very clean and lots of room. A bit pricey and somewhat dated (yucky bathtub in master bathroom). You could stay here without renting a ca if you rented a golf cart. It’s close to everything. Would probably use it again. Very difficult to find anyone to get checked it. Signage needs to be improved!
