This Modern & Spacious 2 story Apartment is located directly in the center of the Famous Duval Street. Enjoy Dining, Shopping, and Entertainment in the heart of Key West. Ones you enter the property through your private entrance you would be captivated by its modern clean design. First floor has open floor plan living room, dining room and chefs kitchen. Comfortable couches and a flat-screen TV will help you relax after all day playing. A full size bathroom and a walk-in closet are also located on the first floor. Tastefully decorated 2 bedrooms are at the second floor and have a Queen and a Full-size bed. Second half bathroom is on the second floor. Plush towels and high -end linens are provided for our most discerning guests. 

For those who love to entertain and cook, we offer fully equipped Chefs kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, quarts countertop, and a dining table.

Perfect Key West Getaway

Friends Getaway

Great property in a fantastic location. Perfect for getting around to all the must see places. We had a golf cart, and there was even dedicated parking for that. Enjoyed sitting on the outdoor balcony people watching. Host was very responsive to our inquiries. Would definitely book again!

Great 3 night stay

Excellent location, very clean and tastefully decorated. Easy check in. 4 adults so plenty of room. Bedrooms upstairs, mattresses are not very comfy but for a couple nights its fine. Just watch your head with the sloped ceilings!

Cozy apartment on Duval

This was a clean, comfortable apartment right on Duval Street. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching all the activity below. We enjoyed our stay very much, would definitely recommend this place.

Key west fun!

We had a great couple of days at this condo. It was very clean with updated decor. The location was perfect. Close enough to walk to everything we wanted to. We loved sitting on the porch people watching!!

What a great place!

What a perfect place for a 4 night Key West Vacation! We got there just in time to unpack, grab a drink and go right to the balcony to watch the boat parade. The balcony was used quite a bit during our trip, great people watching area! The walk down to the other end of Duval was good to get some steps in but not a bad walk at all!

Great location, clean, all you need

The apartment was in a great location right on Duvsl. Very clean. Kitchen had full size appliances but not a dishwasher. The apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building so some stairs to navigate. We enjoyed early morning coffe and late night wine on the front porch overlooking Duval. Great people watching.

Party Time!

Great location for couples who want all the fun and nightlife of Duval St.. This is a young persons unit since there are a lot of stairs to climb but the location for all the fun is perfect.

Duval Street Rental

We had a great time during Thanksgiving week. The location made everything very convenient by walking. The apartment was very clean. The only thing that was a little challenge for us was sleeping in given the sounds from the street.

Hemingway Days Hub

Perfect location: right on Duval Street, but more Old Town chill than pub-crawl insanity. Highlight is clearly the front second-floor balcony offering fresh air relaxation overlooking Duval St action without over-the-top drunken noise. Dual, front & rear bedrooms were perfect for two couples over 5 days. Bath & 1/2 plenty accommodating. Main-floor living/kitchen space is clean, well-decorated & comfortable. Matching futons could easily sleep 4 more people. Planning on competing annually in Hemingway look-alike contest & hope to stay here again 👍😎

Location, Location, Location

The two-story apartment was perfect for the college graduation celebration trip for a grandson and his very proud grandmother. Perfect location on Duval Street, easy walk to great restaurants, entertainment and shopping. The balcony gave us the bird's eye view of the bike-light parades during the week before Christmas. The apartment was very comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, big shower was great size, plenty of fresh towels were available, the bedding mattresses were very comfortable and the linens were lovely. Would love to have the opportunity to stay in this apartment again. Wonderful place, with my full recommendation!

Wonderful location just on Duval St. and very clean property!

We enjoyed our stay on this property. This was our first time staying in a VRBO rental at Key West and we really enjoyed it! First off, the location is just perfect! It was a little quieter and people watching from the balcony was always entertaining. The home was clean and perfect for the four of us. We would have preferred an extra shower and the bedrooms lack good ceilings for us tall people! But, it's okay...we dealt with it just fine and were only in the bedrooms for sleeping. Hana was wonderful to deal with and very accommodating and quick to answer questions. Thank you for a great stay! We'd stay there again.

We ended up booking here after our one rental canceled last minute. It was a great place! Very clean, spacious and secure. The hosts were amazing with communication. You are right on Duval St but far enough down to be away from all the noise and crowds. You can walk or right around the corner was an golf cart place to rent. We walked our first day then ended up renting an golf cart. It came with one parking spot which was an huge plus! We ended up leaving something after we checked out and the host was so nice and shipped it to us ( we paid shipping but still taking time out of their day to do so was an great gesture) we would 100% stay here again!

Great Place

We had the best time here. There were 4 of us and there was plenty of space. This place is well designed and layed out. There were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The owner quickly responded when one the smoke detectors began chirping in the middle of tge night. We alerted him about 10 in the morning and then left for breakfast. By the time we returned back from breakfast the issue had been fixed with extra batteries provided in the event this happened again. The balcony facing duval was great for coffee and a late night beverage. This is perfectly located in the quiet secrion of duval with only a short walk away from the bars. We will be back.

Duvall Delight

We just arrived home in Delaware from our annual Key West Thanksgiving week in KW. We love the townhouse! The highlight was the 2nd floor balcony overlooking Duvall Street and the people watching that it provides. It was a lot of fun cheering on the runners Thanksgiving morning during the Turkey Trot! It was very well appointed especially the kitchen where my husband was able to cook a full Thanksgiving feast for us! If you happen to need sodas, etc, Circle K is right across the street and CVS is about 2 blocks away but we took our bikes that we rent on day one everywhere. We had really wished that the tvs in the bedrooms upstairs worked and my husband hit his head a couple of times in the bedroom on the low rafters but those were the only complaints we had. We would definitely stay there again because of well it was remodeled and of course because of the location! All in all it is definitely a 5 star rental, so a big thank you to the owners for making our accommodations a beautiful one!! See you next year!

Recommendation

Overall it was excellent. Very clean and well kept. We had 3 concerns: 1) Ceilings upstairs are low and people with physical conditions may have issues. If you’re 5’4” or taller you have to bend over. 2) The chairs on front porch were unstable. One was cracked. 3) Lots of stairs to climb. Both outside and inside stairs were hard to negotiate. Would not recommend for older senior people or people who have a disability walking. 4) The full bath would have been better had it been upstairs and the half bath downstairs. Overall, very nice, clean and updated.
