JUST OFF DUVAL...
Private single family home with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.  Open the rear French doors to a private backyard oasis with a heated pool and spacious deck for sunbathing, outdoor dining and grilling your fresh catch. Located a short walk from restaurants, bars and fun attractions.
***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE

DETAILS and AMENITIES...
Comfortable furnishings give this home a modern island feel.  Beautiful designer decor bring the atmosphere of the Keys right inside the door. Flat screen TVs are located in all bedrooms as well as the living area. The modern updates include a fully-equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances.  

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS.....
Two bedrooms and two baths reside on the first floor. The first guest bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bath. The second bedroom has a king size bed with access to the guest bath. The third bedroom is located up the spiral staircase in the loft and has two twin beds which can be converted to a king bed and a full bathroom with a shower. The sofa in the front living area features a pull-out accommodating 1-2 guests (full size bed).

POOL AND OUTDOOR LIVING...
Swim in the pool or chill with a cocktail on the large rear deck. Dine under the stars or enjoy a good book at the outdoor seating.  Venture out the front door with your morning coffee to the front porch seating.

PARKING...
This home does not have designated parking but there is on street parking in the surrounding neighborhood.  Please refrain from parking in spots marked “residential”. Guests may also park at the Old Town Parking Garage which allows daily and monthly rates.

Great spot, clean home, plenty of space- exactly as advertised.

We had a great time - the home is spacious with 2 large beds and a nice loft upstairs. Very comfortable for 2 families. The location can't be beat - close to walk but not on top of Duval so nice and quiet. We had an enormous rental car that parked comfortably right in front! Very happy, thanks!

Perfect Place for a Key West Get away!

Loves the home! Perfect place for multiple groups or family members with plenty of beds and privacy! Pool was great, grill was great! Concierge service top notch and the property manager was quick to respond!

Great Everything

Nothing but great things to say about the house, location and communications with property managers. And what's not to like about having 3 bathrooms, especially with a larger family like ours. Just walk in and start enjoying key west. It's half a block from Duval St. and about a 5 minute walk to Southern Most.

A Few Days in Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay Sunkissed. It was perfectly located and within walking distance to most everything. The pool was a great addition to have to cool off in before we went back out for the evenings. Highly recommend.

Great time in Key West

The rental was very clean and the beds are perfect. Very quiet and a well stocked kitchen. The location was very walkable. Communication with the house manager was quick. In short would highly recommend!

Great location. The pool was key as it was very hot! Rooms are exactly as pictured. Location was great! My only feedback is a board on the back deck is not flush with the others and is a tripping hazard

We had a fantastic stay- this place felt bigger than it looks and is a great location. Two things to note as you consider: 1- the loft bedroom is truly a loft and can see/hear directly into the kitchen area & 2- the pool is a little square. Perfect for cooling off, but not a “swimming” pool. We loved it and would definitely recommend, especially if you don’t want to rent a car. The location is perfect for renting bikes and exploring the entire Key.

Cutest little house in best location!

The house was so cute and charming. Barely a block from Duval St., the location couldn't be beat. Walking distance to everything! Kitchen is very small with mini appliances so don't recommend if you want to do lots of cooking for more than 2 people. Front porch was perfect for morning coffee and people watching. Really enjoyed it!

Super cute Key West cottage!

This quaint little cottage is close to Duval, lots of places to eat, and lots of entertainment! We were comfortable and felt at home. The pool is small but nice to cool off in and private. Sea glass blue walls make it feel tropical and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay!

Accommodations were great. Loft bedroom was a little noisy if people got up early. Noise came straight upstairs. Otherwise accommodations were great. Kitchen well stocked and washer and dryer!!

Very good for 5 friends. Within walking distance of many great activities Would recommend Queen Size beds for little more room in bedrooms. More chairs by pool area since is the only area large enough for meals Easy communication with property manager

Great House

We loved this house! Close to Duval St but on the quiet side of town. Close walk to food and shops. We rented a golf cart and had parking in front of the house the entire time. Pool was refreshing on a hot day. Can’t wait to go back!

Quaint Cozy and Beautiful

The house was the perfect size. The property manager stayed in touch through phone and text even before we arrived. The was there to personally greet us and stayed in touch throughout the weekend to check on our needs. Ive been coming to Key West for years, but honestly speaking, this was the best, most relaxing time ever.
