- Private dock can accommodate boats up to 50’ in length. Maximum one boat per dock.

- There is no power or pump out service to the slips.

- The Florida Keys are a notoriously difficult place to navigate.

Amazing house

Highly recommend this house! It was clean, stocked with everything you need. Excellent communication through owner and property management. Pool was great and heated, dock was perfect for our 25ft boat. Will definitely book again!

Perfect Location and Lovely Property!!

Having never been to Key West - we lucked into this property!! Love the private dock for fishing in the afternoons!! Pool was fantastic - house is set up perfectly for the family!! Had a couple of minor questions which were addressed immediately!! Wonderful staff and communication!! Would definitely stay here again!! LOVED IT!!

Great house in a good location

A group of us stayed for the weekend and it was a great home base before going out at night. It was a short drive to duval so made coming going very easy. The house was very comfortable with all amenities. We we’re able to get early check in which was super convenient for everyone. And the management was very welcoming when contacted and helpful. The whole group would stay again and recommend.

A quick get away with friends

The house was really wonderful - very clean, comfortable and spacious. It seemed pretty new and the kitchen was well equipped. There were a couple of decent restaurants close by too. We had never stayed in Key West, so the distance from this house to the main area of the city was quite significant because of the traffic. So i would not stay here if you want to be closer to the action of town. And there is considerable noise outside: the house is very close to the highway and the Navy fighter jets are super loud as they fly over the house on occasion. Also, they heat the pool and it is way too hot to swim in - so just make sure to request it be turned down/off. They also have a dock which is nice if you have a boat, which we found was important to the experience of visiting Key West.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family absolutely loved this home! Everything was top notch. The only downfall I can even think of is the size of the fridge/freezer. It has to be the smallest freezer I’ve ever seen and the fridge is pretty small also. We had to put our milk/juices in a cooler but besides that it was amazing! We would definitely stay here again. The staff were friendly & easy to work with. The furniture was all updated and comfortable.

Great House

This house was great plenty of room for everyone to not feel on top of each other. Location was good a quick Uber ride to all the local hotspots. Everything was clean and the pool and views were awesome! The house could use a little more kitchen items not a lot of plates or cups for a place that sleeps 10 and the cooking skillets made it hard to prepare a meal for 10 people with them all being so small. Overall I would definitely come back and stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had two families share the home for a week and never felt on top of one another. The development is located far enough from the hustle of Key West to feel private, yet close enough to hop on the golf cart and head into downtown for dinner. The draft in and out of the development by boat was substantial and provided easy access for our 32’ boat.

Beautiful house - poor communication

The house is beautiful and exactly what we needed for our girls trip to Key West. Large, lots of beds, clean and new, and an amazing view. However we had a pretty poor experience with the property management company. We tried to get in touch with them several times by email without a reply, and then every time we finally got someone on the phone we got a different response to our questions. There was a tropical storm this weekend and we wanted to know in advance if there were any precautions we could take or needed to be aware of to take care of the house and there was no support. We asked about a late checkout and were told we could stay until 1pm for a fee, but then later told we could not. When my mother called this morning she was very rudely spoken to and nearly scolded for even considering we could stay late. We had a wonderful trip but the management company made the experience a little less enjoyable than expected and they were extremely unhelpful.

Beautiful house!

We had an amazing stay in this house. There were six of us and the house had all the amenities we could have imagined. It was even better than the photos online. It was very clean and spacious. There were a few minor issues with the coffee maker and noise from the naval base and airport but you soon got use to it. Other then that, it was an amazing vacation home and we hope to go back soon.

Stunning home

Family Vacation in the Keys

Great property for our family vacation. The property manager called a few minutes after our check in time to see if we got in with no issues. Upon arrival there was a smoke detector that had a low battery and the pool needed some attending to.. both issues were handled quickly! The kids loved the pool and the location was a convenient 15 min drive to key west. Spacious rooms and common space for the whole family to enjoy.
