The property and rooms were clean. The pool was nice and appreciated the free refreshments at pool and in the lobby. The parking was a little bit of an issue probably due to some exterior work being done on the building closing off half of the parking behind building. Would stay here again.

They did not fulfill their promise, and they didn’t fulfill my request. They stated of receiving my request, but after they collected my money, they didn’t give me the room I requested. They charged me for the room but then changed the room. This is rubbery not honest business.

Property was nice and room was spacious. Had a nice balcony with a view. Didn’t use the pool but it was a nice set up. Parking was easy. Property is about 1.5 miles from the touristy area. They offer no shuttle so you have to drive or Uber, but it’s also nice that it’s away and quieter. Biggest drawback is one slow, fairly small elevator for the whole building. At checkout it was a line on each floor waiting to get out

Very nice property! I thought it was across from a beach but no beach! Our ocean view was over looking a roof top of lobby, would of preferred looking at the pool. Will remember for next time. Nice stay.

Check-in was easy and quick...water and cookies are a nice bonus upon walking in. Our double queen suite was clean and had everything we needed. The shower pressure is a little light. The pool was a wonderful respite with fresh towels, water or pellegrino, and even cooling cloths in the fridge on the pool deck.

Expect to be hit up for a resort fee when you arrive even after you have paid in full - they say talk to staff regarding their texts but staff not informed - good marketing on their part. Had to request items for kitchen to eat and do lite cooking. IF you book a partial open view of the bay channel you will placed on first floor of the 4. Small deck on our studio room w only 1 chair Nice remodel- it's ok - nothing to compare to in key west per sey

Most of the room seemed pretty clean. The floors I think were mopped with muddy water. They didn't look bad but as soon as you walked across them from the bathroom to the common area, your feet were filthy. Pool Waters were cloudy. Waters and drinks were stocked adequately along with sufficient towels.

Hotel is good, nice view and staff on front desk are very pleasant. It’s clean. Only what I didn’t like, I booked for 3 people, but in the room it was only two pair of slippers, two pairs of everything, that’s obviously not enough for 3 people. Little pricey for what you get, but we had a nice time.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The room was great and the pool was fantastic! We didn’t have any issues at all! The only thing that could have made it better was if it were closer to down town; that being said, it was very easy to get an Uber. They always arrived in 1-2 minutes after ordering them and cost between 13$ to 20$ depending on the time of day. Highly recommend this place!

View from balcony was awesome. One bedroom suite setup was nice too. Only downfall is they only have 1 elevator. If you are on one of the middle floors during check in/out time, the elevator is frequently full and you may have to wait several cars to use.

The room itself was beautiful with fantastic facilities but this is where the good review stops. The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. I didn't get the view that I paid for. I paid for an Ocean View Deluxe Suite and the view that I got was completely obstructed of which the staff didn't care about when I advised that I was unhappy, the response I got was 'write a review about it'. What is the point in having a full ocean view and partial ocean view available to book if you are not going to honour what people pay for.

Staff very helpful, beautiful and clean rooms. Great area for dogs. BUT very expensive per night to have a pet. $100 per night. We loved our little apartment like rooms so we accepted that fee. Plus $35 per day resort fee. Overall a great choice as it is in key west and only 2 miles from old town making it very convenient.
