Please be advised that a balcony restoration project will be underway at 1800 Atlantic from May 2025 through Spring 2026.
Important Notes:
-Units available for booking will not be under construction.
-All amenities, including the pool, spa, and sunning beach, will remain open and fully operational throughout the project.

1800 Atlantic is directly on the Atlantic ocean in Key West, adjacent to Smathers Beach the City Beach with a variety of watersports activities available.

The property itself features assigned secure parking spaces, 3 lighted tennis courts, one of which is the only clay court in Town. There are beautiful botanical gardens with picnic and BBQ areas.

The Olympic size heated pool sits on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean, There is also a 20 person bubbling Jacuzzi tub.

Condo had everything we needed to be comfortable for our stay. It was large enough for the 4 of us and close to areas we wanted to visit. I would highly recommend this place to anyone going to Key West.

Couples Get Away

The condo is in a great location. The process to enter and exit was great. The unit was clean and accommodated two couples comfortably. It's close to the southern most point and the south end of Duval Street. There was easy access to all activities. We enjoyed and recommend staying here.

Beautiful Key West stay

Key West Vacation

Very well maintained property that met all our expectations. In a quieter part of Key West so recommended for those looking to be away from the crowds on Duval St, but still close enough for a cheap Uber/taxi or walk.

Hot tub and pool area very nice/clean. Property well maintained. The condo unit itself was lacking. Pull out sofa bed very uncomfotable, jacuzzi tub broken, plumbing in main bath needs attention, no screens for any of the sliders, water dispenser on nrefrigerator not working

No what I thought

No view a lot of traffic noise no seats at pool . Property was clean and comfortable but they came in and fumigated while we were there and there was 2 days of very noisy construction.

Key West Family Vacation

Four of us stayed at this condo. The furnishings were very nice and comfortable the kitchen at all the necessary appliances and features to serve our needs. The grounds were absolutely beautiful almost a tropical park. The amenities at Beachside included pool, hot tub, weight room, and Library something for everyone. Security was excellent and the property was extremely clean beds, and living room furniture very comfortable.

Great place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Place is comfortable clean, and quiet. I would stay here again. It is close to everything we wanted to do. We arrived after hours, and checking in was a bit confusing, but we did it with the help from the security person. I recommend arriving during the regular hours. If I could give the owner a recommendation, it would be to increase the items in the kitchen. Sunset on the beach was lovely and we also really liked the hottub.

It was nice

The condo was nice. It was clean. We weren’t in it very much as we only had 3 days to experience and explore Key West. We didn’t go to the pool area as the weather wasn’t conducive to that. The carpet in the hallway could use some attention. It’s pretty old. All in all, our experience there was very good. I’d definitely return.

The ladies with All Florida Keys Property were very helpful. So glad the bugs were not bad as I had read in other comments.

Overall- good place to stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful pool area and view in the pool area.Very disappointed that the water filter still needs replacing on the refrigerator!!! The water was gross tasting. We worked around it and bought bottled water. But when you pay this much for a rental property- the property should replace the filter on a regular schedule, like they wash the bedsheets on a regular schedule. That is on the management company. Also, there were many burnt out light bulbs in the light fixtures- again the management company!! Don’t plan to use the parking space if you rent a golf cart to drive around the city- they do not fit in the garage!!! Better cross your fingers you can get a parking spot in the lot- there are very few!! Good luck getting a call back from the management company. I had to leave 2 messages on 2 different days to hear back from them. But nothing was resolved.Our place was clean, and comfortable minus the things listed above.

Retirees winter travels

The property was very clean, is convenient to Key West “Old Town” and is adjacent to the airport. My wife and I stayed there with friends. We used the 2nd bedroom and our friends used the master. Bedding in the 2nd bedroom isn’t great, but was okay for a short stay. If I owned the unit I would definitely update the mattress in the 2nd bedroom. The unit needs some repairs, especially to the closet doors. The closet doors in the master br were the only ones that closed properly. One funny thing, there were only 3 cups in the cabinet and they didn’t match and the largest only held about 8 ounces. The unit just needs some TLC. But again, it was clean and met our needs for a few days of fun in the sun. The overall complex is very good. It has a nice beach area, a great pool and hot tub. One interesting sign in the complex lists you know the this complex “Is a residence NOT a resort”. And the pool area has a list of about 20 rules, which reminded us of the Nick Saban VRBO commercial….use the pool, but don’t have too much fun and don’t make any noise. One more thing about this unit. It’s on the side of the complex adjacent to a busy street, which was not bothersome inside the unit, but you do get a lot of traffic noise sitting on the balcony. I definitely would stay in this complex again, but maybe in a different unit.

Observations: good location, walkable to beaches, comfortable size, nice balcony, furniture ok, kitchen only had 4 non-matching coffee cups, needed some basic utensils pancake turner and cookie sheet. Fridge ice water stopped working last evening, but ice was good. Bathrooms were ok, but a bit old/rough. Bedrooms good, bifold closet doors come off track easily. Beds slept good. The condo is showing its age, but we had overall a very nice stay.
