This 4 story Townhouse is in "Old Town Villas". A Caribbean inspired community in the heart of Key West. Built in 2017. This upscale, luxurious, townhouse is steps away from "Sloppy Joe's" and the Historic Seaport District. "Lagerhead" beach is a short walk away. All bedroom have attached baths. There is a private elevator, 2 car garage, an entertainment area on the 4th floor with a sofa bed, large TV, wet bar, and half bath. The top floor outdoor patio provides great views of Key West and yet has the privacy for personal sunbathing.

Paradise found!

This place is perfect! Located between the harbor and the downtown entertainment district, everything is walking distance. This condo is perfect, well equipped, beautifully decorated, close to the pool and has a 2 car garage. Bill is a great owner and is very responsive. This place is a fantastic home base to explore everything Key West has to offer.
