  • Fabulous top floor ocean-view penthouse condo. Available during the Spring/Summer Season. Enjoy the Ocean-breeze's from your fabulous private balcony.

    There is wireless internet. Full kitchen and Washer/Dryer. This unit is good value.

    The property is available for rent from May until January each year, owned by one of the complex's original owners who still gets to enjoy the Beautiful Winters here each year.

    The Value cannot be beat for the amenities at your hand.

    Enjoy our Island delights from museums to galleries, from Live theatre to fabulous bands.
    There is something here for everyone.

    Diving, Fishing, Snorkeling or take in a Sunset at the Famous Mallory Square.

    Excellent cuisine and perfect winter temperatures.

    This property has a 28 day minimum stay requirement.

    Elevator Upgrade project taking place from June - September 2026 - Please note there will still be one working elevator in both the East and West building while this project is underway.
