Not the case, and we ended up requesting at check in time to let us into our room! The room we were in definitely needs some upgrading.The shuttle service they offer is a bonus and their outdoor dining area by the pool area is good!"

"In a review from the hotel asking about the same thing you’re asking. I did put in a suggestion, but not a complaint that I felt the showers were somewhat dangerous. There were no handrails or the title was not a slip free. There weren’t tubs so little children and families would be in there and I felt that they needed to do something with that. I’m in the medical profession and I felt that this should be looked into. I would definitely go back to this hotel. I won’t eat at the restaurant. The prices are obnoxious."
