The hotel is in a below average area with no near-by supermarkets and restaurants. It takes over an hour to get to London city center. The breakfast was fine. However, one day both coffee machines were broken down and the rest of the days only one of them was working. Prior to arrival by 1 week, we tried to reach out to the hotel by phone and messages through Expedia portal with no response from them. With Expedia help, it took them a week to get a response from the hotel.
The positive side was their staff was nice. We will not stay there again.

I booked this last minute when another hotel booking fell through. All I knew was that I liked the area it was in and needed a place to sleep but I was so pleasantly surprised by how nice and cute it was. Highly recommend for solo travelers!

The low cost was the main attraction. It is literally a room in someones house but we were made very welcome. Be prepared to take off your shoes on entry. I had been traveling for many hours so my feet were nit quits fresh. The bed is very comfortable. The pool and spa is 1.5 miles away in a leisure centre so we didn’t bother
