I Booked this for family that was down for my son's wedding, they couldn't say enough about their experience here, they really loved this home with all of its updated features.If I had to book family again I will certainly look into this one again.

Beautiful property and great location! We stayed there to attend a family friend’s 90th birthday celebration in Melrose and Keystone! The home is nicely furnished and Walter and Samantha are awesome hosts!!!

My husband and I enjoyed our time at this lake house. Quiet, clean and very comfortable. All the expected amenities and even some extra perks like snacks in the kitchen and hotel size toiletry items if needed. The water level at the lake was quite low so we didn’t go out on the canoe. We were there to ride bike trails and didn’t realize the house was off a fairly busy road so we drove the bikes to trails rather than bikes from the house. Overall would stay again.

The accommodations were perfect for the 7 of us visiting Keystone. The house was clean and spacious. Sitting on the dock at night was splendid. We visited Salt Springs Recreational Area for the day and highly recommend it. Thank you for hosting us.

beautifully renovated house on the lake. House was well equipped with great quality towels. Loved the individual soaps left on each bed, that was a lovely touch. We had a large family and friends weekend to celebrate a UF college graduation. Location was perfect to spend time together.

2 families in one house. Cooked some great food in a well stocked kitchen. Caught some fish on the kayak in the lake. And had easy access to gold head state park. I could definitely see us returning for a longer stay!

This home is perfect. In the morning make a cup of coffee and go sit on the dock in your PJs and watch the sunrise you WON'T regret it. I'm an early bird! The scenery from inside the home is unbelievable! Windows all across getting the perfect view from any room! I especially loved that at night we could close all the window curtains and the home stayed pretty dark in the morning after the sun came up! To me it's a win, win! I plan on staying at this home every time we have an event in this area.

We had 2 huge palmetto bugs running around in the home. I live in Florida and know that is to be expected but we don’t have them in our home so I think bug extermination is required. Also the pocket door in the master bathroom is not closing properly. But otherwise a great place to stay.

They have done a great job at remodeling this house, most feels brand new. Nice and clean and has the extra touches that are nice. It was great for my mom who uses a walker. The kids loved the large backyard, the game room and paddle boat. We also used the kayak which was quite peaceful. I was pleased to find they had a stationary bike so I could get some exercise in. It was close to a grocery store which was very helpful. We would stay here again if in the area.

This house was located perfectly for us to be able to conveniently visit with family staying at a nearby park. We enjoyed the open space so much, the yard was fun for the kids to run and play, and the sunroom was just amazing for meals, games, and puzzles. A couple of my kids thought their beds were uncomfortable, but that is more a matter of opinion than a problem. There was nothing wrong with them. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans and the dishwasher worked great, so we barely had to wash. I loooved having the washer and dryer, for the 8 of us we pretty much have at least load a day. Overall our experience was excellent, the hosts were great at communicating and we would love to come back someday!
