"My family and I really enjoyed this gorgeous condo. The resort does not have its own pool, but you get access to an athletic club across the street. The pool, hot tub, gym, slide, restaurant was really neat. Unfortunately for us, a large group of rude tourists came in yelling and knocking chairs and screaming in our ears and just carrying on like they owned the place and everyone else was in the way. We didn’t go back."

"Comfortable, clean end unit to stay for a family of 4. This is our fifth stay at Pilimai and is the best unit that we have stayed in. The kitchen is well stocked with basic condiments if you decide to cook any meals. Very nice view of the golf course from the lanai and dining room table. This unit complements an enjoyable vacation on Kauai. But, fyi, the icemaker was still broken so we ended up buying our own bag of ice. We couldn’t use the garage door remote(maybe batteries needed to be changed? ) and the main garage door keyboard was finicky also- it would work and wouldn’t work at times. Hopefully, these concerns get fixed in time. Overall, thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to be back at this unit again!"

"Upon arriving, we were contacted by management. We were very concerned because they wanted to know if we were canceling due to Hurricane Lala. We told them we just landed and would be there shortly. When arriving we noticed the accordion door to the laundry was off its hinges. The master bathroom vanity bulb was out, and a large stain to the carpeted bedroom floor by the left of the master bed night stand looked like dried coke or vomit? I let management know. They fixed the door but didn't adress the rest. Our biggest concern was the bedroom with 2 twin beds. Despite AC permanently set to 73 and a ceiling fan, it was sweltering in that room. I would recommend another fan to cool that room down. On the plus side, the unit was good for our family of 5. Garage had a cooler, snorkling gear, beach chairs and boogie boards which we took advantage of. It was a nice stay, but we will probably book our previous rental for next time."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 5 + mom LOVED the property and all the high quality amenities in the property. Quality products all throughout. We did not use the beach products available. Linens and the entire property was spotless. I do wish there was coffee available for our use and some basics as salt / pepper. But overall, excellent stay."
