"It was already, but won't stay at this spot again."

"This property may have been beautiful decades ago but it unfortunately has not been updated since that time. The rooms were wet with humidity due gaps in the door, paint was chipped and warn, and the hallway floors were stained due to water/mildew. The grounds and gym were a 10 out of a 10, but overall the property is extremely dated and the expansive property makes it a challenge to navigate and is very time consuming to get to the lobby."

"Great place to stay if you are in Kauai! Staff were incredibly helpful and we felt comfortable. The place is gorgeous with great views of the ocean. There isn't a sandy beach that is part of the resort, just a rocky one. However, there is a beach with sand nearby that visitors frequent."

"The location is amazing. Three beaches within 5 minutes walk… a boogie board beach, baby beach and snorkeling beach. The entire family could enjoy what they love about the ocean without getting in a car, so we really took advantage of the beaches. The swimming pool is small, but the perfect size to sit in and enjoy the end of the day. It was often in the shade, which was perfect for us at times when we’d had enough sun. The house is big, very quiet and has everything a big family needs to cook and eat together. There is plenty of seating in the living room and a screened porch to watch the ocean. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues, which the owner quickly responded to, and having 4 bedrooms and three baths made it easy to keep little ones on a reasonable schedule. A family vacation spot…even better than described."
