"This hotel was great for our family of 4. We had 4 adults with 8 pieces of luggage. It was tight but the room was laid out well, bathroom was tight but functional. It was very easy to walk around and close (5-6 minutes walk) to Tokyo Station. The front desk team was very friendly and helpful. "

This percolates to the guests when they are greeted. The front desk seem rude although they may not be but they are always overworked and rushed. They speak English but you can’t understand them because of their accent. "

"Station's are close by and there are more than enough places to eat on the same street as the hotel. Very close to transport. Rooms are quite small and can be an issue for opening big suitcases but it is very manageable. The bathrooms and shower are amazing the massage chair is great too and the property gives you towels and water daily"

"The room was great, very spacious and well-suited to a family. In particular, the beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable - this point alone would make me stay again. However, the one letdown in the room was the fridge - it is actually set at too low a temperature, so anything left overnight starts to freeze. A bit strange. Also, when checking in, the staff member asked me for some kind of "token" for my baggage, which was supposed to match a token he had in his possession. I had no idea...
