"Our family of 4 stayed for 2 nights in June 2026. The apartment was easy to find, the parking was very close by and the hosts did an excellent job of explaining the parking options and check in process. The small kitchen was very efficient and while we only prepared simple meals, the full size fridge and stove top, plus provided plates/cups/glassware would make cooking family meals a breeze. "L’environnement extérieur est magnifique. En revanche, nous sommes arrivés dans un appartement très sale qui n’a rien d’un appartement premium ( poêle sales, bouteilles de savon vides , sel, poivre, …vides, tas de poussière énorme sous le canapé et sous les lits…). À ce jour j’attends toujours un retour du propriétaire ( à qui j’ai envoyé des photos) concernant une compensation puisque le prix de la nuit est très élevé et ne correspond absolument pas à ce que nous avons trouvé !"

"We stayed on the top floor with our guest from home country, Japan. We had some concerns about bed bugs based on past reviews, but we didn’t see any signs and had great time with fantastic view. Some tips: there is no elevator and no dedicated parking place."

"The property was amazing for the price. The host is responsive and leaves notes for those who have questions. The living room has a window which has an amazing view of a beautiful mountain, and a short 10 minute walk to the vibrant waters. The only minor complaint is that there are many flies, but other than that the place was very nice!"

"This place is adequate, but very basic. If you are there just to hike and then come back and sleep, it is ok. It was reasonably close to the train station, but there is a section you have to walk along a busy road. It would be better if you are traveling by car. Drains in the sink and shower are slow. It was very hot when we were there and it was difficult to leave windows open for fresh air because of the flies. May not be an issue if you come in cooler weather."

"The property is conveniently located between Thun and Spiez, with easy bus access to both towns. The bus stop is literally right downstairs, making it very easy to get around. The view of the lake is absolutely fantastic. The kitchen is well equipped, although we mostly enjoyed eating local cheese and cured meats instead of cooking! Overall, it's a wonderful place to stay for a family of four, and we would definitely come back."
