"This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again! "Adelboden and Bären Hotel are absolutely lovely. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. They provided us with information and gondola passes that made our days there easy and fun. "
"We love this hotel. The staff is polite and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The room was very clean. It took us a white to figure it out how to get to the hotel though. "
"This is a great facility on beautiful grounds, right off the lake. The staff was super friendly and helpfull, especially for dinner, despite us not having a reservation, having just arrived. Breakfast buffet is excellent.
Downside is that the rooms and beds are small (we are tall) and mattresses and pillows are not the best quality."
"The cutest, quaintest, vintage hotel! It has so much old school charm, and the place felt right out of the late 60’s but still modern. This was an absolute amazing random choice we made to stay. Plus the free breakfast had plenty of hot and cold items to choose. Loved our stay! "

Enjoy a trip to Gemmi Pass and popular activities such as skiing in Reichenbach im Kandertal. Stroll along the lakeside in this quaint area or seek out the local tours.
"Old world charm in a beautiful setting. From the moment we walked in the staff were friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast buffet had a variety of foods and were appetizing. A real treat was the pianist at night setting the tone of a world gone by.
Would love to stay here again it is also a one minute walk from the train station. Give them a call and they will take your bags from the station to the uphill climb to the hotel.."
