"This studio is as described. Super close to lots of great restaurants, shops, and beaches. Check-in was super easy with the instructions given. It was nice to have the beach chairs in the condo to use."

"Great home on a great property. Ocean views with a short walk to the swimmable and walkable beach. The home has a great open concept suitable for multi families. 3 large bedrooms and 3 convenient bathrooms. The home features a large kitchen and plenty of room to eat, play and relax. Many amenities such as extra kitchen pans, utensils, tableware provided as well as beach chairs and snorkeling gear. The home features a ping pong table out front along with an additional patio for entertaining. We used the BBQ all week, which was set up on the back patio where we could see the ocean. What a setting! The home was not stocked up on toilet paper, paper towels for a week stay. But that doesn't affect my review but be prepared to supply yourself if you have a large family. "

"This home was even more fantastic than we could've imagined! From the pictures, I couldn't tell if the beach was literally RIGHT there or if it was a bit of a walk. Either way, I knew the beach was close. Let me tell you...the beach is literally RIGHT there. We traveled with a toddler, so it was incredibly convenient to set up the beach chairs and be able to go back up to the house quickly to make lunch, grab snacks, change diapers, etc. The house itself is so charming and well-stocked: lots of hangers in all closets, a pack n play, games (we love Rummikub!), TONS of towels and extra linens, and more. When you open the back doors, you get the most terrific breeze and feel like you're outside, even though you're inside. It also feels SO private. You share a common wall with the unit next door and their are lots of other rentals in the area, but the hedges and trees give you the utmost privacy. I thought the beach would be more crowded than it was, as we went during "ski week." Each day, it was almost all ours. In many of our pictures, it looks like we're on a private beach! Marti was a fantastic host. Extremely communicative and concerned with our happiness. I'll be telling friends and family about this place. Such a gem! Oh, and last thing: there's a liquor store down the street that sells poke and rice. It sounds weird to buy poke from a liquor store, but it was the BEST—and also much cheaper than other nearby places! "

"Excellent beach walking distance from unit! We love that restaurants, grocery store and coffee shops are also walking distance from the condo. Excellent location. One suggestion: don’t ask renters to wash beach and heavy towels. There is a community washer and dryer. It accepts quarters or online app to pay to do laundry. However, when signing up for online, we were charged a minimum of $10 fee. It would have been better if we were charged extra money at the front end to pay for laundry. "

"Wonderful condo! Well supplied and decorated. The sofa bed was very comfortable. We were on the 2nd floor. Saw tons of whales! The moon was fabulous in the early morning! Easy access to the beach. I would stay here any time."

"Everything about our stay was great! The condo was ready and clean when we arrived. It was well stocked with everything we needed and more. We loved that it was a short walk to the beach where we could run over and see the sunset. Very walkable to grocery store, many good restaurants and shopping. We were very impressed how attentive the workers were at keeping the pool and grounds in great shape. Good communication with the manager also. Would definitely recommend and hope to return ourselves!"

"The location (right on the beach) was excellent and the condo was extremely clean. We found the bed to be comfortable (foam mattress) after my husband’s back surgery. Joe also made sure we had a couple extra pillows due to post surgery needs. "
