This is a wonderful place to stay. Great view and location. The place has everything you need to have a great vacation. We appreciate the use of the coolers, beach towels, beach chairs and snorkeling equipment. We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo - great location!

This condo is so conveniently located and really well stocked! All of the kitchen, linen and beach toys/chairs/coolers you could need. It got a bit warm in the afternoon (mid to late Feb) however it was not a concern once we set up the fans! The view from the big lanai is beautiful, and the view of the whales and the sunset from the beach right across the street is amazing. There were three big turtles in the water as well when we took a quick snorkel!!

Great place to stay! The property comes equipped with all necessities needed for a vacation- washer/dryer, kitchen with appliances, two bedrooms and bathrooms... plus a great location near to stores and restaurants, and across the street from a great beach with great views. I will rent again!

Best Condo!

This condo was well beyond our expectations! Fully stocked with all of the amenities for daily living, plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards and right on the beach! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the lanai and look forward to booking this condo again on our next trip to Maui. Thank you, Marian & Larry for your hospitality. Mahalo!

Amazing!

The condominium couldn't be more convenient to the beach! The sunsets were spectacular, and you didn't have to leave the lenai! The rooms were comfortable and clean, and there was even snorkeling equipment and beach chairs! The kids liked it so much, they were happy to have a lazy day or two just hanging out. I can't wait to go back, and I will definitely try to get this condo again!

Liked location across the street from kam 3 beach. Enjoyed view of ocean. Street was vey noisy. Stayed on 4th floor, elevator very far from unit and used stairs. Did not have ac and was hot in afternoon and nights. Could definitely use ac.

Location location location. The location can’t be beat. Place has everything you need for a Maui vaca. Comfortable beds, recently remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. No AC and yes it was hot but that was clearly described and we knew it going in. It’s so close to the beach and has the towels, chair, and toys you’ll likely need. We’d stay here again 100%!! Highly recommend as it was a great value.

Perfect Maui Rental With Amazing Location

Very clean place right across the street from a beautiful beach which was perfect for boogie boarding as well as snorkeling. We also saw many turtles swimming right by us. Beds were comfortable and my adult son even said the pullout couch was pretty comfortable, which was not expected. The Lanai was amazing! It directly faces the beach and had plenty of chairs along with a dining table where we spent almost all our time when at the condo. The host was very easy to deal with and replied to any questions right away. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location in Kehei and comfortable, clean accommodations with everything you need and more!

The location of this condo is perfect! Located directly across the street from Kamaole Beach III, and at the less busy end of S. Kehei Rd. The condo has everything you’ll need for your stay. Just purchase a few groceries, and you’ll be all set! Be sure to check out what is at the condo before you go shopping. Pool is fun and located in the front of the condo, so very easy to go between beach and pool. We’ll definitely try to stay in this condo again on our next visit! Thanks to Marian for an enjoyable stay!

Awesome place in Kihei

First time there and it was really nice. Across the street is a beautiful beach with a lifeguard. Plenty of restaurants and shops near. Also a grocery store. The unit was filled with everything you would need. Spices, dishes, blankets, towels, laundry soap, garbage bags, cooler for the beach, beach toys and towels and chairs and umbrellas! Nice dishes. And over all the unit was clean and spacious. Better than the pictures listed for sure!

Unit 413 Review

We've stayed at several other units on this property over the past fifteen years and had to switch because the owner sold. This unit is easily the most luxurious. Seriously, the accommodations reminds one of the Marriot or Four Seasons. Couple that with the amazing view of the Maui sunset from the balcony, the relaxing ambiance of the resort's location and the amenities and you have a recipe for an wonderful holiday. Marian is a very attentive and caring owner and if time permits, we'll be booking again. My wife and I recommend staying here highly. You certainly won't be dissappointed.

First trip to Hawaii

This was my very first trip to Hawaii. I will definitely be back and will definitely book this condo again. Very clean. Had beach chairs, snorkels (which I lost one , I replaced it). Dishes, coffee machine, towels, shampoo etc! Everything I didn’t want to bring on this trip, this condo provided. The owner was very accommodating when I asked if we could check in early, due to my flight being early. The beach is right across the street. The only thing is I would like air conditioning , but the weather was beautiful and we lived without it. You will enjoy your stress free stay when choosing this condo. Thank you for the wonderful memories with my family!

Amazing stay in Kihei

All the reviews here are accurate. The place is fantastic, just across the street from a beautiful State Park and beach, great views, walking distance to many shops, restaurants and essentials. The beaches of Southwest Maui will keep you busy and you won’t need to leave the area. Condo is ridiculously stocked with everything you could possibly need. If I had one complaint, it’s the ‘slatted’ doors on all the rooms and bathrooms. If you’re into privacy between family members, it’s a small sacrifice to stay in a fantastic place. Also, it should be stated that there is a good amount of traffic on S Kihei Rd during the day, between the condo and the beach. But this would be the case for any place on the East side of Kihei Rd. We loved this place and would stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

We stayed in this fabulous condo for 6 nights during a 10 night trip to Maui. Our only mistake was not staying here for the entire 10 nights. We thought we would "splurge" and stay somewhere in West Maui "oceanfront" for the tail end of our trip at twice this amount and our kids just wanted to return to this gem. Lesson learned. Marian's condo was equipped with everything you could ever need. We stayed in a total of 3 rentals on our trip and this one was by far the most wonderful. When we needed something at the other ones, we had to remind ourselves that we weren't at the right condo! We wouldn't hesitate to book this again and it was extremely comfortable for our family of 5. When we walked in for the first time, we were blown away. Just lovely!
