This condo has a spacious 1BD/1BA floor plan with en-suite laundry, walk-in closet, tiled flooring and a bright, updated "beach" decor. The 20-foot high cathedral ceilings add to the open feeling.

Located away from all the crowded touristy beaches but literally a 5-minute drive to all the shops and nightlife of Kihei and centrally located between ALL of Maui's tops attractions.

Charming & Spacious 1 bedroom - 1 bath beach condo with beach, garden and mountain views.

This Kihei unit offers stunning ocean views and a large private Lanai with comfortable outdoor seating. Enjoy the sunsets and ocean breeze carried in by the Maui trade winds.

Living room has all the essentials of home, cold (14,000 btu) Air Conditioner. The living room sofa pulls out into a queen-size bed that can easily accommodate 2 additional guests.

The bedroom has a plush queen-size bed with a large walk in closet, Air Conditioner, three fans including an air ionizer.

If you enjoy reading there are numerous books located in the bedroom shelf waiting to be read. We also have games and activities for all family members.

This second floor Kihei condo has a peaceful Garden, Ocean and West Maui mountain view.

The Kihei unit has a beach decor with a flat screen TV, high speed internet, ceiling fans in the living room and the bedroom, and cold air conditioning in both living room and the bedroom.

Full size washer and dryer are located inside unit so no need to go out to wash. With a drying line for your swim wear in the shower.

Complimentary starter kit of laundry detergent, shampoo - rinse, hand soaps and dish washing liquid plus a nice surprise waiting for you in dining table :)

Kitchen comes fully equipped for your cooking and eating needs and ready for use.

Beach chairs, beach umbrella, mask and snorkel accessories, swim floats for small children, boogie boards, beach blanket, coolers, beach toys and various beach bags. Guest can use these items at their own risks; owner take no responsibility when using beach items.

For families with small children, we also provide a pack n go, stroller, child safety lock in kitchen and bath, and electricity cover plugs.

This condo is well equipped

The condo is well equipped. The bed has a foam pad on it which makes it sleep hot but It’s not uncomfortable. It was very clean and had just about everything you could need. One thing they didn’t have was a beach umbrellaWe were able to rent one at auntie snorkel for 20. A week. It’s close to the road so plan on road noise on the Lanai at times you can hear the ocean. I would recommend this place. The price is fair.
