She was straight on the problem with WD40 but to no avail, she put on a new seat soft close too

"Had no problems with check in process, we arrived in the middle of a storm so informed them and they gave us social media page to keep an eye on which was helpful. Kitchen facilities were good and had all that was needed for cooking. No problems with wifi during our stay and was good access to local town and also to main roads to get to other areas north / south. Bed was really comfortable also. Overall we had a great stay. "
" Upon arrival, the rooms had reserved parking in the lot, so parking was easy but it was unclear where to check in as the lower level of the building is a pub and there were no specific instructions given. The apartment was clean and spacious with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. Apartment is accessed by an external metal staircase from the pub garden. "
