Good location and high tables for working

The hotel was really nice but our room was basically in the basement of the hotel and we needed to use two different elevators to get there. Although the floor was filled with rooms, I didn’t see any other guests on that floor. Only cleaning staff going in and out of their offices/rooms. The breakfast in the morning was great, I just wish they could have put us somewhere more conveniently.

The staff is so kind, friendly, and accommodating. Martin, Lali, and Marina were an absolute delight. They accommodated a last minute request and made sure our luggage’s were sent to both rooms. Lali even took my luggage downstairs and bought me a coffee <3 I do recommend having some fans for the rooms with no ac, but other than that everything was clean, smelling good, well decorated and I’d go back there anytime.

Good location, helpful staff

Included breakfast was £13 and was okay. Room was very clean and cleaned daily include towels. The issue we have was smaller space ( maybe because it is Europe?) and extremely slower remote controller and no Netflix although remote has it.
